08/04/2026: We visited Chiostro degli Scolopi and the experience was excellent in every way. The quality of the ingredients is top-notch, with great attention to local, zero-mile products. The homemade breads are among the best we've ever tasted, as are the fried meatballs, simple yet perfect. The artichoke puree and crispy crumble, enriched with a high-quality olive oil, are also excellent. The sagne torte with free-range rooster ragù deserves a special mention: handmade pasta and authentic flavors. The beef tartare is fresh and well-balanced. The absolute highlight is the steak: over 1200 grams, presented and prepared in front of the guests, cooked to perfection and accompanied by a selection of salts that further enhance the meat. Impeccable service and an extremely kind and helpful owner. Highly recommended for those seeking Salento tradition with an innovative twist.

07/04/2026: We dined here on Easter Monday. We only realized afterwards that many families would be eating in the restaurant on Easter Monday, rather than in the evening. We had reserved in advance for the evening. Despite the fact that Antonio and his team had been busy all afternoon, they still took the trouble to welcome us. We were the only guests and were spoiled culinarily with homemade bread, focaccia, and a delicious amuse-bouche featuring very tasty aubergine with a lovely, firm texture. The spaghetti al noci was top-notch, as were the osso buco and the lamb shanks, all enjoyed with a glass of red wine from Manduria. We declined dessert. Extraordinary dishes, a convivial atmosphere, and so many wonderful people united by the desire to share and showcase the Molfettese puntarelle. An experience that successfully combined flavor, tradition, and conviviality. The star of the show were the Molfettese puntarelle, showcased in every dish with great care and creativity, in an evening enriched by the presence of journalists, food, and wine bloggers. All in the splendid setting of Il Vecchio Gazebo, which has established itself as a point of reference: refined cuisine, quality ingredients, and a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel immediately at home. When local tradition and passion meet, the result can only be special.

13/03/2026: The two of us had dinner at this pizzeria. We had a classic pizza and a pan pizza: both were good and well-made. The pizza was tasty, and you could taste the quality of the ingredients. The service was good and the staff was friendly, with normal wait times. The only negative was the spacing between the tables: they were really close together. It was almost difficult to sit down, and it was a bit awkward to talk because you were practically next to other customers. Overall, a good experience and a pizzeria worth trying.

We ordered two pizzas, both unique, if you can call them gourmet, and I must say they met our expectations; both were very good. The prices are high for the location, but the product is excellent, so it's worth it. A pizza unlike any other that's worth trying.

08/04/2026: A totally unassuming place, typically open in the evenings, but truly worth recommending! It may seem unassuming at first, but that's only a guess. While waiting for our pizza, the waiters offer us tasty appetizers, the main course is delicious, and at the end, we get a farewell drink and ice cream, all for 8 euros. I'll remember this place for a very long time; maybe I'll be able to visit again someday. ;) I highly recommend it!
