05/01/2026: Not a completely satisfying experience. Nice location in a great central location. The dishes were very well presented; the first courses were good, but the second courses lacked a bit of flavor, in our opinion.
The service was certainly helpful but inattentive, due to only one person in the dining room serving all the guests.

11/01/2026: Excellent little restaurant. The space is a bit cramped, but the food is average, with peaks being excellent. Quick and courteous service is provided by the owner, who is friendly and attentive to his customers' needs.

05/01/2026: Discovered thanks to TripAdvisor, this trattoria was a wonderful surprise. The atmosphere was warm and familiar, just as you'd expect from a Lucanian restaurant. We tried the cavatelli with black chickpeas and shrimp, the frizzoli with ragù and breadcrumbs, the buffalo mozzarella with cherry tomatoes, and the charcuterie board: everything was delicious and made with the freshest ingredients. The service was courteous and never intrusive. Excellent value for money.

25/12/2025: Paccheri with cicadas, macaroni with ferretto, cod with bruschi peppers, all excellent. We would have liked to try the rest of the menu, but it would have been impossible for four of us. We'll be back on the return trip from Sicily to Milan. I forgot about the Altamura loaf and the berry cheesecake. For four of us, it was the best €75 we spent on our vacation. Excellent!

12/12/2025: During a weekend in Maratea, I had dinner at Cesare. A restaurant serving traditional seafood. The food was fresh and well-cooked. Good value for money. I highly recommend it. It's open on Mondays, which is a plus.

20/08/2025: I've been to this restaurant and I must say it was a truly pleasant experience. The welcome was warm and professional, the atmosphere elegant and comfortable, perfect for a dinner as a couple or with friends. The dishes were prepared with great attention to the quality of the ingredients and presentation: each course was tasty, balanced, and beautifully served.
The friendly and helpful staff made everything even more enjoyable, attentive without ever being intrusive. Excellent value for money.
A place definitely worth trying, and one I'll gladly return to!
20/08/2025: It could have been better; both the fish starters were dry. The fried fish was decent. The dessert (pear covered in Chantilly cream) was very good.

16/11/2025: A place with a beautiful view, unfortunately the place is surrounded by flies. Long pasta dishes served with a priest's dish that is absolutely not suitable for the type of pasta. Excessive prices for the quality served. In short, absolutely not to be missed. The only good thing was the wine, but why don't they produce it?

20/09/2025: We walked up without a reservation and were seated right away. The waitress was excellent as was the food. We had the fresh fish of the day and split it between us. It was worth the money.

22/08/2025: I was impressed by the quality of the dishes, both in terms of presentation and ingredients, and of course by the flavor. I was also very impressed by the professional and elegant service, and by the wine. Being a wine bar, there's a wide selection of excellent wines. And for those who like it, they can even saber!
In conclusion, it's a restaurant worth trying, even if it means traveling two hours!

30/11/2025: I had a porcini mushroom first course and a sliced steak. The first course felt like I was chewing a stock cube... the steak, however, was rock hard. Inedible.
