19/07/2026: Due to the poor reception at many restaurants, I sometimes prefer to avoid them. A good restaurant should have a modicum of love for its cuisine. We had the "misfortune" of having lunch at this "trattoria" 😞. Besides the decent grilled lamb 🤔, we enjoyed a paltry, passable appetizer, but the tagliatelle with mushrooms were nothing to write home about. Then the bill was decidedly inadequate. I hope for all restaurants that my criticism is constructive, because the vast majority have no knowledge of the restaurant business whatsoever. Professionalism is required, in addition to a meticulously crafted menu, especially in areas rich in raw materials. N.B.: A trattoria is a family-run establishment that offers complete meals based on local culinary tradition. Compared to a restaurant, it stands out for its more informal atmosphere, rustic setting, home-style menu, and excellent value. Origin of the term: The name derives from the French traiteur (in turn from the Latin tractare).

12/02/2026: We had a terrible experience here for lunch. The meat tasted like it had been cleaned with vinegar. The prices were very high for what we ate. A coffee was €1.50. Never again! The air inside was stale, and the bathroom was filthy.

17/05/2026: We're here at Il Cacciatore for the first time for a communion. I'm a former maître d' and I was impressed by the impeccable, precise, and attentive service—something you don't usually find in certain establishments, except for five-star or Michelin-starred ones. My compliments go to the dining room staff. The cuisine is excellent and of high quality. Unexpected, but very satisfying.

18/07/2026: If you love the countryside and uncrowded places, this is paradise. We spent 10 days in this place nestled in the Molise countryside and had a wonderful time. Fiorella and Ruggero are two very kind and never intrusive hosts. The apartment with a kitchenette was very nice, equipped with air conditioning, and the super new bathroom had a large, comfortable shower. We spent some days at the beach in the nearby seaside resorts (well-kept establishments and affordable prices), and returning in the evening to this quiet and relaxing place made everything even more beautiful. The property has a large, well-maintained swimming pool, surrounded by greenery. Thank you Fiorella and Ruggero, we had a wonderful time, congratulations on your work.

17/07/2026: Perfect place for those who want to relax. The property has a stunning view, ensuring peace and tranquility. Wonderful pool and very friendly staff. This is our second time staying here, and we'll definitely be back.

02/05/2026: We had dinner there. The atmosphere was lovely, welcoming, and quiet. The menu was varied and the ingredients were high-quality. The homemade bread was superb. Some dishes were traditional. Excellent value for money.
