20/08/2025: Gambero Calvisano is always a guarantee. The atmosphere is welcoming and familiar, the service friendly and professional without ever being intrusive.
The veal terrine entrée and glass of wine are a great start. Personally, I recommend the Coppa Martini as an appetizer, while for those who don't eat fish, there's the truly delicious culaccia. Among the first courses, my favorite is the Risotto D'Amare, a dish that never disappoints, but the asparagus risotto is also highly recommended. The pork belly is also excellent as a second course.
The portions are generous, and finishing with a small pastry and coffee is always a pleasure. If you have room, dessert is also worth trying!
A restaurant where you eat well, always feel at home, and the quality/price ratio is excellent. Highly recommended.

A refined and welcoming atmosphere with soothing background music and attentive, courteous, and prompt service.
The undeniable quality of the dishes remains unchanged over time; even after years, the famous risotto with asparagus tips is a delight.
The tasting menu includes: two appetizers, a first course, a second course, a cheese watch served with apple jam and homemade raisin bread, small pastries, and artisanal gelato, all paired with expertly recommended excellent wines.
Adequate value for money.
Highly recommended.

06/08/2025: For the first time, I tried a Michelin-starred restaurant... And what can I say? An incredible experience! The chef explained the dishes and his approach to culinary art, with all the beauty (and effort) that goes into sourcing the finest ingredients... Wow! The service was impeccable, the girls and sommelier were wonderful... The menu was fantastic, my favorites were the mushroom and tomato (the "simpler" and tastier dish). I was so happy when they sent my girlfriend a birthday candle; they were truly kind. A unique experience!

The tasting menu was classic yet innovative, using top-quality ingredients and innovative cooking methods for a harmonious result. The service was precise, the dishes were served with perfect timing, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the sommelier was extremely knowledgeable. A pleasant chat with Chef Stefano was a real plus, as we shared memories of legendary dishes we'd tasted in France at the same restaurants. His passion for using excellent ingredients, the flavors and aromas of the past intertwined with modern techniques—our compliments!

13/07/2025: A very elegant restaurant located in the Salò cathedral area, just steps from the lake. We opted for a tasting menu with accompanying wine tasting. What can I say: very refined dishes and top-quality ingredients. The service was excellent and attentive. The wine pairings offered for each course were spot on. A great way to spend an evening! I recommend it as an experience for a couple. I hope to return soon 😊

The food is excellent, featuring high-quality local cured meats and dishes that showcase traditional flavors. I highly recommend the tagliatelle with lake ragù, a simple yet truly surprising dish.
The restaurant is small and welcoming, always very busy: for this reason, it's important to book in advance.
Excellent quality, fair prices, and an authentic atmosphere make this trattoria a must-visit: a genuine place where you can feel at home and enjoy traditional specialties in a unique setting.

15/07/2025: What can I say? Our expectations were exceeded! Since my sweetheart has a total gluten intolerance (severe celiac disease), she was surprised with gluten-free pizza (all for a €3 surcharge), and I was treated to a very, very good meal. I was shocked at how good the value for money was! 2 starters, 2 main courses, 2 desserts, and various drinks all came to €84! Thank you again! We'll be back tomorrow!

20/08/2025: Restaurant with fish specialties and more, don't miss the always fresh crudités. The owner knows how to advise you according to your needs and for any fresh items not on the menu. The salted sea bass is highly recommended. Even the business lunches are made with high quality ingredients. At the entrance there are two fridges/walls with wines ranging from any genre and cost.

03/09/2025: Truly top-notch lake fish, as per local tradition! A beautiful location with a lake view, which can be enjoyed from the outdoor terrace or from a window. The interior is also enhanced by a rock face from the adjacent mountain. The wine list is also adequate; I tasted an excellent Kerner Alto Adige (even though Franciacorta is just a stone's throw away), which pairs perfectly with the cuisine. Well done!
01/09/2025: It wasn't what I expected. "Trattoria," in my opinion, should meet certain standards. This is a superior restaurant. As for the food, I don't know if I'd say it was bad, but I definitely wouldn't go back. Nothing special. The location certainly isn't a trattoria, but it certainly is, and the view makes a difference!
Of course, this is my opinion, not a criticism. I was simply looking for a trattoria where I could try something traditional, and that wasn't the case.

22/08/2025: Excellent Roman pinsa. The place isn't huge, but in the center of Brescia, all the places are quite small. Very good pinsa with refined, quality ingredients. Reasonable prices. The only drawback is the lack of parking, and finding one is a nightmare.
