05/11/2025: We were heading back to Florence and arrived in Vitorchiano looking for a place to have lunch. It was 2:30 PM, and the owner greeted us kindly anyway. The service was quick and attentive, and the food was excellent! I recommend everyone to go there because it's absolutely worth it (make a reservation, as it's a small place). We stumbled upon Fraschetta di Jack almost by accident, driving from Caprarola to Florence, and it turned out to be the perfect choice for lunch.
Delicious food, fast service, and truly friendly staff. A place where you eat well and feel welcomed.

24/10/2025: A very rustic restaurant. It's spacious and well-kept, albeit with a distinct '80s/'90s style.
Everything is always very clean and tidy.
The menu, which hasn't changed for years, is nevertheless a winning and varied one. It offers options ranging from appetizers, first courses, second courses, desserts, and pizzas. I've had the opportunity to try everything and have always found the dishes to be tasty (which isn't easy for a place that offers such a variety).
The staff is very courteous and helpful.
There's a short wait from ordering to the food arriving, but there's a long wait both upon arrival and at the cash register.
The pizza dough is good, the ingredients are well-chosen, and the staff is very open to small changes to the ingredients and flavors on the pizzas.
The price is average, but it's definitely a place you can rely on.
I also consider it a go-to place for organizing dinners with friends and family, and I've never been disappointed.
I return often and will continue to return.

02/11/2025: Unfortunately, we went to this place after reading the reviews, but alas, it's not at all what's described. First of all, the interior is creepy and smells musty, but the exterior is nice. The food isn't what's described, just the platter, which is good and plentiful. We waited a very long time between the appetizer and the main courses, even though we arrived very early and ordered roughly the same amount of food as the nearby tables, who had shorter waits. The owner justified himself by saying he was the only one doing everything, but that's unacceptable—you either open or you don't open if you don't have the means. Finally, we wanted to try the desserts that are always praised in the reviews, but we passed on the coffees and desserts so as not to have to wait any longer inside the restaurant.

25/10/2025: While strolling through the center of Vitorchiano, we came across this pizzeria. Since we didn't make a reservation, we had to wait an hour to get a table, but it was worth it. It's a very nice place, the staff are very friendly, the pizza is really good, and it's excellent value.
I recommend it to anyone visiting Vitorchiano.

Friendly staff. I wouldn't go back.

28/04/2025: Come location per il nostro matrimonio abbiamo scelto Villa San Michele e non potevamo fare scelta migliore. Un posto meraviglioso, adatto sia per eventi all'aperto che interni, curato in ogni minimo dettaglio e centimetro. Il tutto grazie a Lorenzo, padrone di casa, chef e persona davvero eccezionale che ci ha fatto sentire sin da subito come a casa, occupandosi in prima persona di ogni situazione e particolare con la massima accortezza verso di noi e tutti gli invitati. Cucina di altissimo livello, sia nelle pietanze stesse che negli impiattamenti, con menù mai provati prima e che ricorderemo per tutta la vita. Avremo modo di tornarci sicuramente molto presto per altre occasioni. Un ringraziamento particolare anche a Sandra, gestore della sala che si è dedicata completamente a tutto e tutti, allestendo una mise en place ed un servizio davvero impeccabile per tutta la durata dell'evento. E grazie anche ai ragazzi del servizio, di una educazione e di una dedizione esemplare. È stato e rimarrà per sempre il posto dei nostri cuori. Consiglio a tutti.

10/10/2023: Locale con un esterno molto piacevole mentre i posti interni sono inseriti in un contesto claustrofobico e spartano.
Lunghe attese prima di ricevere il cibo, qualità del cibo nella media, quantità delle porzioni sopra la media, prezzo leggermente alto considerato il contesto. In conclusione: senza infamia e senza lode, non ci tornerei.
03/08/2023: Le pietanze sono ottime e le porzioni sono abbondanti. Inoltre il servizio è veramente cortese e professionale. Il prezzo è assolutamente nella media per un ristorante di qualità.

12/01/2025: Dire ottimo è poco. Location bellissima, soprattutto per eventi e cerimonie, curata nei particolari, dalla proprietaria con buon gusto e tanta volontà. Cibo ottimo nella presentazione e nella preparazione. Camerieri molto gentili e ben disposti ad accogliere ogni esigenza.
