28/05/2024: Always a certainty...my favorite place, when I come here I feel at home, Ezio is great and so are his collaborators...all TOP meat, as for the first courses, my favorites are with mutton sauce

19/05/2024: Update 05.19.24 New visit to Ristomacelleria Liberati, we had 2 first courses and two second courses: pappardelle with wild boar, courgette and bacon gnocchi, both delicious and very abundant, then an Aosta Valley cutlet and a mixed grill (for 1 person but it would have been enough for two). They are really good on meat. Found on the way back from a trip to Montenero Sabino (a place to visit), after having booked (necessary on Saturdays and Sundays), the place looks like a classic tavern with the added bonus of the butcher's shop attached, the staff is very kind and helpful, but the cuisine is exceptional, the portions are very generous, today we risked not being able to finish everything, the starter of cold cuts and cheeses was good, the coratella, tripe and pork rinds were excellent, the pappardelle with mutton was very tasty and the mutton in excellent moist, we will be back soon.

29/04/2024: It is always a pleasure to return and enjoy dishes such as coratella with artichokes, beans with pork rinds as well as homemade first courses and very tender meat. Fantastic location and spectacular cuisine.

01/04/2024: Trovato per caso su internet, mio marito, mio figlio ed io abbiamo trascorso la Pasquetta con amici in questo agriturismo immerso nel silenzio e nella natura della campagna sabina . Abbiamo mangiato benissimo, dall’ antipasto alla colomba era tutto buono, genuino e ben cucinato . Antipasto vario e abbondante, ravioli di ricotta e spinaci ottimi e carne alla griglia molto saporita. Perfino il caffè era perfetto. Le persone che le gestiscono sono molto gentili e semplici, ci si sente a casa propria. Adesso che lo abbiamo scoperto, torneremo di sicuro prima o poi!
