It seems fake in the middle of nowhere, I knew it as a butcher's shop, today I went to eat I chose the steak and it was served impeccably, compliments to the service.

The meat is excellent and genuine. Arrived at 1pm, peak time which slowed down the service, albeit efficient! All very good, it's a pity that the side dish arrived decidedly cold, unlike the very heated place. Simple but refined environment. Advised!!!

Trovato tornando da una gita a Montenero Sabino (luogo da visitare), dopo aver prenotato (necessario il sabato e la domenica), il posto si presenta come una classica osteria con il plus della macelleria attaccata, lo staff è molto gentile e disponibile, ma la cucina è eccezionale, le porzioni sono molto abbondanti, oggi abbiamo rischiato di non riuscire a finire tutto, l'antipasto di salumi e formaggi buono, la coratella, la trippa e le cotiche ottime, le pappardelle con il castrato gustosissime e il castrato in umido eccellente, ci torneremo presto.

19/02/2024: Just yesterday I was in this restaurant. Family run business. Fast service even though the place was full. Rustic, familiar, welcoming and comfortable environment. It felt like I was in a house instead of a club. The place consists of three rooms (not very large: but better this way). The room with the fireplace is a real gem, intimate, suitable for both couples and those who love the magic of a lit fire. Possibility to eat outside in warmer periods. The owners are nice, friendly and approachable. They know their stuff and know the job well. Never intrusive but always ready to satisfy customer requests if necessary.
