The pork was excellently cooked, but rather undersalted.

The interior is lovely, the staff are kind and attentive, and the dishes are exquisite and refined.
Perfect value for money!

21/08/2026: Tonight, August 21st, I came to eat here with my parents, Tommaso and Rossella. The Taiere della Fraschetta was exceptional, the traditional Roman first courses were wonderful, and the suckling pig was amazing. The owner, Patrizio, aka "Er Patata," is knowledgeable and friendly, and he's actually from Naples. Signora Loretta pampered us. We'll gladly return and recommend anyone to stop in Cervaro; you won't be disappointed. Thank you, Patrizio, for the lovely evening I spent with my parents. Hugs, Miriam

01/04/2026: While passing through Isola del Liri, my husband and I had dinner at this osteria. The entire staff provided a warm, family-like welcome. Mrs. Lorella, the chef, was very professional and helpful with her explanations of the dishes. The food was carefully prepared and the appetizers were superb. This is a must-see if you're in Isola del Liri. Highly recommended. Hugs and goodbye. ❤️

03/04/2026: We stayed one night and also booked dinner. The dinner was truly excellent; we had to ask not to bring a second course, so full we were... all very good and fresh ingredients! Breakfast was simple, with fresh fruit and homemade cakes. The only small flaw was the thin walls in the rooms, which unfortunately meant our neighbors were a bit noisy, but with a couple of earplugs, the situation was resolved perfectly. The staff was very friendly. Highly recommended!

01/08/2026: Welcoming, well-air-conditioned place, clean throughout, even in the bathrooms, perfect service... finally carbonara and amatriciana with bacon served seriously without that crunchy nonsense on top... finally they brought paper and crayons for my son to play with, which is not a given in increasingly child-friendly places, congratulations!

The waitstaff was impeccable: professional, discreet, prompt, and always smiling.

04/08/2026: After visiting the castle, my son and I walked down the alleys and were drawn by this incredible lemon-vanilla scent. The sales assistant made us wait 10 minutes and suggested we visit the doors in an alley in the meantime, which were beautifully decorated by Giorgio Tolomei from Alatri. On our way back, she was waiting for us with freshly baked donuts that she offered us. We were overwhelmed by an unimaginable fragrance of flavors and aromas. I also invite you to purchase the other products, as they are a unique experience.

The staff welcomed us with kindness and care, and the food was excellent.
The blue crab tagliatelle, in particular, was truly delicious!

The only real drawback is parking, which is practically non-existent in the area, but for the pizza, it's worth the walk. Recommended.
