02/10/2025: The best of the best that Italy has to offer. Unbelievable flavors I’ve never imagined, perfect execution and presentation, and also a beautiful dining room to top it all off. I am not sure what could have made this better. I was blown away. It’s worth coming out of your way to experience this meal. Whatever you do, don’t miss the pumpkin ravioli or orange soufflé. I’ve been on a bit of a Michelin fine dining “food tour” in the country this last week and, by far, Dal Pescatore Santini was the best.

29/09/2025: A unique experience, given that it's a one-man show, meaning the owner does everything himself: cooks, takes orders, serves, and recommends. Very unique, generous, and carefully prepared dishes. Remarkable value for money, excellent wine list. Affordable prices. Very limited seating (max 12-14). The only downside is that the restaurant is located on a narrow street in the historic center, hard to find, and a bit stuffy, so avoid if you want to eat outdoors.

You can immediately sense the owner's dedication, as he meticulously takes care of every detail, creating a welcoming and refined atmosphere. Special praise goes to the bartenders: professional, precise, and capable of transforming technique and experience into top-quality cocktails; just watching them is captivating. The cocktail menu, explained with passion and expertise by the owner, offers a varied selection to satisfy every taste; you're sure to find something you like. The aesthetics of the place are also impeccable: a refined atmosphere consistent with the style, which contributes to making the experience even more enjoyable. In short, a truly successful place, managed with professionalism and passion. Kudos to the bartenders and the owner, you really do a great job.

09/09/2025: SO good! The ricotta and spinach pasta was amazing, as was the frico. We also had the tiramisu and salted caramel cheesecake and both were so delicious. This might be our favorite restaurant out of all the ones we’ve been to on a 7-day trip in Milan and Como!

07/10/2025: My wife and I visited Milan from the US and stumbled upon this restaurant near our apartment stay. We absolutely loved the atmosphere, service, and food. The live pianist playing was a beautiful and unexpected touch on a random Tuesday evening for dinner.

12/10/2025: A well-maintained location, with original dishes and incredible flavors. Extremely attentive yet discreet service, with very kind and helpful staff. We tried the vegetarian menu and it was a great discovery. Being able to handle top-quality ingredients with such mastery is absolutely worthy of the Michelin star. 02/10/2025: Excellent spot to have a coffee or some food and a bev and watch a bustling Milanese street. Prices are very reasonable, and more importantly, the food is incredible! Highly recommend the Milanese risotto - very creamy, very yummy! The service is also quite lovely, attentive without feeling like someone is hovering over you!
