10/11/2025: As soon as you sit down, you know you're in a temple of fine dining! Niko Romito is a genius in the kitchen! His sister in the dining room is his right hand! One waiter, however, was particularly arrogant...and a three-star establishment can't afford that! A customer has the right to eat as many dishes as he wants...after all, we traveled 800 km...just for dinner! It's a shame...but I also understand that trained staff aren't easy to find! Still, one of the best three-star establishments ever! Worth the trip!

08/01/2026: Very well-maintained location, very professional and friendly staff. The owner was available to show us the gem of this place, the snow cellar, which was a real discovery for me. What can I say about the menu? Exceptional. I'd say it was a positive experience. Recommended.

Not to mention the snow room, a place where time seems to have stood still! Thanks again for everything! It was an experience having lunch with you!

24/12/2025: We're talking about a truly top-notch estate here. The entire property is designed to accommodate its guests in maximum comfort. I've been there for weddings and also to visit the cellar. Yes, because inside is the heart of the Di Sipio estate, where wines of recognized excellence are produced. I invite you all to stop by for a tour and a tasting surrounded by vineyards.

We had a wonderful time! The owner knows his stuff!!! Everything was delicious, from the appetizer to the delicious steak with potatoes, everything was divine.
Speaking of wine... a nice selection that enhances the flavors. The house dessert was delicious, and the liqueurs were superb!!
Great atmosphere!
Highly recommended!

The sandwiches are both high-quality and plentiful, from the meat to the bread, from the toppings to the imaginative combinations, not to mention the delicious fried foods. You'll leave feeling incredibly satisfied, and that's no longer a given. Good prices. Well done! Highly recommended.
18/02/2026: Friendly and welcoming staff. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted with a smile, a cheerful joke, and escorted to our table.
Our orders were served with very little wait, and the sandwich was so good I didn't realize I'd already finished it. The fried food was light, and the Biscoff cheesecake was food porn.

08/02/2026: Three stars for the place, which is a bit small and the loud noise doesn't help much. Otherwise, everything is delicious, from the appetizers, the cured meats, the cheeses, the excellent first courses, and the tasty second courses. The dessert experience is heavenly, delicious, and unforgettable. If you're in the area, I highly recommend it.
01/02/2026: A well-maintained restaurant with floor-to-ceiling windows offering a stunning view of Rocca di Cambio. The food is excellent, starting with the Rocche antipasto, which offers not only uniquely flavorful cured meats and cheeses, but also hot dishes. The first courses are also delicious, such as the polenta with porcini mushrooms and truffles, a true revelation. The lamb shank, too, was a first, with an intense yet delicate flavor. And to finish, the desserts included a delicious apple tart, the Scomposta, and finally, a proper tiramisu, with excellent flavor. Aside from a small mix-up during service, I can say we had a wonderful time and are sure to return when we're in the area again.
