11/01/2026: Well, I have to say the food is truly excellent. High-quality ingredients. Good wine list and excellent cured meats (something rare these days. It seems obvious, but it isn't). Unfortunately, I have to give it a slightly lower rating because I was served the appetizer after the main course. And the ambiance is a bit too modern for my taste. But that's a matter of taste. Let's say it's somewhere between 3 and 4 stars.

01/04/2026: If I could give a -10, I think I would have. Extremely rude staff. Dirty place, tables full of trays, zero sensitivity towards children, and above all, if you spill something and ask for it to be cleaned up, you're arrogantly told that's the least you have to do, since your child spilled it.
Staff should be fired immediately.
01/04/2026: Terrible experience, zero stars, today a sales assistant whose name I didn't see but who looked like she was from South America, was rude and impolite towards my wife and my 5 year old son, in front of everyone, shame on you, if there was an area manager or director, interested in knowing more I could gladly provide them with all the details regarding the incident, a shameful event, I will never go in again.

04/01/2026: To say that Sergio, one of the waiters, has been the kindest and most attentive person I have seen in Venice, where it is clear that the hospitality staff are overwhelmed by so many tourists, but Sergio has been very good to us.

Gestito da una coppia di rara gentilezza garbo e gusto.
Pochi tavoli, trionfo di crudi e ostriche. Tutto fresco e secondo arrivi giornalieri.
Ho prenotato da roma e avevamo problemi orari per via di uno spettacolo all'arena: Riccardo si è' messo a disposizione già al telefono per indicazioni suggerimenti e prenotazione di piatti in modo da poterci accontentare anche se avevamo poco tempo.
Abbiamo perso crostacei, ostriche, tartare di tonno, carpaccio di orata e un delizioso calamaro spadellato. Ahimè non avevamo tempo per un risotto.
Pane francese burro e salsa di alghe a gogo.
Buona selezione di vini.
Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.
Lo consiglio.
Noi ci torneremo volentieri se ripassiamo da Verona.

22/04/2025: Prodotti di altissima qualità, eccellenza artigianale, maestria compositiva. L'attenzione alla salute del consumatore esclude – fatto rarissimo anche nella manifattura artigianale – l'impiego di emulsionanti e additivi chimici. Tuttavia, mi permetto di suggerire: meno burro. E' davvero tanto e si sente perché appesantisce inutilmente senza aggiungere nulla al gusto.
In ogni caso, a parte il dettaglio, il miglior pasticciere nel raggio di molte miglia.
28/12/2024: Ho ricevuto in regalo un pandoro di questo laboratorio artigianale e devo dire che tutta la famiglia lo ha trovato un prodotto eccezionale
