07/04/2026: A lovely restaurant where you feel like time has stood still for 30 years.
The food was excellent, very plentiful, and reasonably priced. The owner was very friendly and accommodating. If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely come back!
30/12/2025: How wonderful to still see places like this where the emphasis is on what you eat, not the decorations on the walls. A substantial restaurant with plenty of good, healthy food. And the basket of thick piada at the beginning? It reminded me so much of the kind my grandmother used to make.

06/04/2026: I won't be returning. The food is basically edible but not good. Cleanliness is very poor, with limescale-filled water jugs and lint-covered glasses. I asked for bread and they brought lightly toasted pan bauletto. Four out of ten dishes on the menu had truffles, but none were present. We ordered what was available, and the portions were quite small and not of good quality.
09/03/2026: A Sunday to forget. The food was terrible, nothing like the dishes of Romagna, the cappelletti were obscene, and so on. We spent a fortune for what they brought us. Never again, I strongly advise against it.
I forgot, with what we spent, the tablecloth and even the napkins were paper.

11/05/2026: I'm giving it 2 stars because the pizza is delicious, large, and filling. Unfortunately, the wait is always unjustified, but the last time it took 1.40 minutes for a pizza. Plus, you keep an eye out to see how things are going and you see tables being served that came later😔and they don't even bother to bring you a drink; you have to ask.
09/05/2026: Don't go to Brusarul on a Saturday night. You'll wait an hour for a pizza. At least an hour, then they brought me a seafood platter that tasted like pre-packaged fish. Not a good experience.

17/01/2025: Chi ha recensito senza assegnare il massimo del punteggio di gradimento ha probabilmente sbagliato ad indicare la valutazione.
Una location che riporta indietro nel tempo con la mente ed anche materialmente.
La camera posta nel sottotetto non è sicuramente agevolissima per chi non ama le scale, ma ritrovarsi lassù in un contesto dal respiro così antico ed apparentemente immutato ed immutabile non può essere paragonato a nulla di altrettanto magico.
La cortesia dei proprietari, poi, fa rimpiangere la partenza al termine del soggiorno.
Così come i prodotti offerti per la colazione (in particolare il pecorino di fossa… non dimenticate di riportarne a casa almeno una forma!).
