23/05/2024: Delicious lunch at Guido. The chef plays with all the (taste) notes, and the result is far from a cacophony but a very focussed and precise cuisine, with intense flavours. He draws from tradition, but also embraces modernity. Cappelletti filled with grilled fish (grey mullet I think) in a vinegary broth, for example, took some basic elements from classics of the local coastal cuisine and reassembled them harmoniously. A squid with liquorice and mushroom was a hypermodern little masterpiece, where the slight bitterness of the liquorice didn't jar at all and complemented perfectly that from the cooking of the seafood. Similarly well conceived and executed was an eel whose fattiness was cut through by tiny cubes of burnt lemon, and married by a veal jus. Such clarity of flavours. Just as in our fourth savoury dish, an incredibly delicate cod and elegant cod, both for taste and for texture. Desserts showcased more exercises of disassembling and reassembling classics, again very successful. Your meal is preceded and accompanied by all the lovely treats and trimmings you expect in a restaurant of this type. Service, on a quiet day, was extremely charming, pleasant and professional not only by the manager who provides a big "presence" in the front of house, but also by two younger members of staff. Prices are of course high but very reasonable for the category and very much in line with the superb quality of what you get.

23/03/2024: simply perfect couple's dinner! the appetizers were excellent with interesting proposals and the first courses were also very tasty and plentiful. the selection of bread they bring you at the start of dinner is studied and refined. the desserts we took lived up to expectations! I will happily return there! ☺️

07/04/2024: Impeccable restaurant and service, hosted within the innovative i suite hotel. We chose the "Creative" tasting menu, full of unusual flavors and attention to detail. Unique dishes, the result of meticulous research by Chef Daniele Succi and designed to create a crescendo path that culminates with a dessert that is a 'crush' of norms and facts. The dish that won me over is the fermented amberjack: unmissable. I already knew the chef's cuisine and his delights, this was yet another confirmation of his art and experience.

05/04/2024: A mouthwatering, elevated culinary experience with a delicious twist of local ingredients and flavours. This place definitely sets itself apart from the dozens of surrounding restaurants. Not only with their fabulous menu, but also with the family-run vibe felt from the time you walk in to the time you leave. I go back every time I’m in Cattolica.

02/04/2024: Fantastic! I was looking for vegan options and came across this gem! I was a bit fooled by the name, mistakenly thinking it was a simple pub with kitchen but instead it is a nice little restaurant with some truly original offerings. The staff is very courteous, we felt pampered and the dishes were delicious and original. The vegan panna cotta is amazing! It seems normal since the consistency is perfect. Ah! I almost forgot! The beer is also very good.

15/05/2024: Very aesthetically beautiful ice cream shop. Creamy ice cream, not too sweet, wide assortment of flavours. They also have a very inviting selection of single portions as well as the other offerings and I hope to return one day to try them. Kind lady and nice, plentiful ice creams.

31/03/2024: Restaurant located far from the tourist area of ​​Rimini. The owner is very nice and of Apulian origin. The food is of quality, we tried the mussels and two types of first courses. The seafood salad didn't convince us but the rest was all good. The evening was accompanied by the songs of a very good singer named Cinatra, truly a legend. The place is familiar and it feels really good. If you want to try a non-touristy restaurant away from the usual restaurants in Rimini, with good home-made cuisine, this is the right place. Very low prices.

24/03/2024: We didn't know this restaurant but we were pleasantly surprised. The excellent dishes, the fresh and quality fish, we ate divinely with delicious and abundant dishes. But the great strong point is the staff, thoughtful and attentive, always kind. We will definitely be back.

12/05/2024: We were in this magnificent place for dinner last week with 6 people (including those present at the table, a historic butcher in the area, a lover of fine cuts of meat). None of us were fully satisfied, the quality-price ratio was somewhat inappropriate for what was offered... I expected more from a restaurant that defines itself as "medium-high" quality. We thought we would find a culinary proposal from the area of ​​the highest level! Too bad, I don't think we'll be back again!

01/05/2024: Today May 1st we went to lunch with two friends from Bolzano, I'm from Romagna and I've never been more proud of it than today! the kiosk of bacchus... how can you not be proud when your land offers you restaurants like this! the place is magical, you enter a fairytale book and leave happy like a child! We took the menu in the dark, it was a spectacle! You don't need a star because this place already shines! The cuisine is excellent, the waiters are very kind and highly trained, the owner is exquisite , I call this love towards your work and this is what keeps you coming back! A round of applause to all of you! Keep it up guys and it will always be a success!
