The cuisine is excellent, with creative and delicious dishes. The ingredients are top-quality, and the fish is fresher than some seafood restaurants... The atmosphere is refined, and the entire staff offers impeccable service. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a high-quality dining experience. I ordered paccheri with tomato sauce, seemingly simple but done just right: pasta al dente, rich and flavorful tomato sauce, slightly sweet, with that aroma of basil that immediately evokes "fine cuisine." The dish was well-creamed and the portion was just right, without excess or unnecessary frills. A tidy place, a quiet atmosphere, and friendly service: the kind of place you'll gladly return to when you want something traditional but made with care. Recommended for a relaxing lunch with honest, well-executed dishes.
