03/05/2026: Sunday, quite crowded but not chaotic. The trattoria fully reflects the country style, so don't expect luxury, but imagine having lunch at grandma's house surrounded by greenery. Excellent, fresh and good quality food. Homemade desserts, very tasty. I highly recommend it, you will have a bad experience... It will only be because you are not made for free-range 😁
22/04/2026: I'm still sitting, I ate the pumpkin ravioli with ragù (delicious!) and the pork fillet in a bacon crust with balsamic vinegar and gorgonzola cream, (also delicious) I'm skipping dessert because I ate so much, the girl was very kind, I really liked the atmosphere so I'm very satisfied with this lunch of mine alone (without my husband!) I will definitely recommend it!!

09/03/2026: A historic restaurant in the Modena Apennines, where you can breathe in the air of times gone by. The place isn't huge, but it's filled with interesting artifacts from the past. Excellent service. Fantastic and plentiful food. Convenient parking. The first courses are highly recommended, as are the gnocco and tigelle.

05/06/2025: I am so sad this place is closed. I am traveling to that are area in 2 weeks and was so looking forward to being there. I am American and was introduced to this restaurant and owner by my friend Marco and always loved everything about this place, especially the lasagna (once made for us) and the tortellini. My best to the owner and her family.

25/12/2025: We had lunch in early December at a trattoria like it used to be. We had a trio of tortelli with ricotta and mushrooms, pumpkin, and chestnut, and two portions of fried polenta with mushrooms, pancetta, and stracchino cheese. Everything was excellent, and the portions were generous. The service and the location were both excellent. The price was average, and I highly recommend it.

20/11/2025: I had lunch yesterday, I was passing through with friends, impeccable service, fast and professional, we had pasta and beans with tigelle (really good), excellent value for money... compliments to the staff... we will be back

15/11/2025: Passing by on Via Vandelli, the owners were very kind, welcoming, and friendly. The location was quite quiet and "easy going." We ate very well, with homemade food. I highly recommend it!
13/09/2025: We slept and ate at La Bizantina at the end of the first stage of the Via Vandelli, coming from Modena, and were welcomed by the very kind owners. They served traditional, authentic cuisine with local, zero-mile products. I recommend it to travellers and others!

01/02/2026: Perfect family vacation.
It was our first time here, but this hotel won us over immediately: just steps from the sea and convenient to the city center, we could easily go out on foot or by bike with the kids in the evenings. The entertainment was always there but never intrusive, the food was plentiful and varied, and the staff deserves special mention for their impeccable cleanliness. Our kids, Luca and Sofia (aged 4 and 7), had a blast, and we rested thoroughly. The value for money was absolutely excellent, in my opinion. We'll definitely be back.

27/08/2025: A typical spot in the Modena hills, the place is clean and welcoming, like the lady who runs the agriturismo. She's smiling, friendly, and an excellent cook. Her ricotta tortelli were exquisite.
