12/05/2024: Per il compleanno di mia figlia abbiamo pensato bene di pranzare in questa struttura dove, (non avevamo il minimo dubbio non essendo la prima volta) tutto è curato nei minimi particolari: la location, le proposte ed il servizio impeccabile. I titolari e tutto il personale sempre gentilissimi e preparati nel consigliare e spiegare nei dettagli quanto veniva servito. Piatti elaborati che esaltano le materie prime. A mio parere il risotto, nella sua "apparente" semplicità, sublime....un sapore ""slurp"" I saltimbocca di spigola....delicatissimi. Sicuramente da consigliare a chi soggiorna, anche per poco, nella nostra splendida città dove il centro storico e la meravigliosa Cattedrale bastano per giustificare la vacanza.

06/05/2024: Posto magnifico che si affaccia sul castello di Trani, abbiamo scelto il percorso quintessenziale e devo dire che esalta la ricerca e l’innovazione del gusto nei piatti… ambiente molto raffinato e personale simpatico e preparatissimo … abbiamo apprezzato che lo chef ci sia venuto a salutare prima di andare via … ci vedremo presto

01/04/2024: Restaurant just outside the centre. Various appetizers, the mixed fried food is decent. The first courses, ciceri e tria and the orecchiette with meatballs are very good. The burrata with alice is decent. Service a little slow.

14/03/2024: Dinner with friends, nothing short of perfect. I'm sorry to read negative reviews. My experience was positive both for the fast, attentive and friendly service and for the quality of the food. The doses are adequate, the preparations are careful and harmonious.

31/05/2024: Small but very welcoming place. Abundant and varied starters of excellent quality. Three first courses including cavatelli with mussels and beans, troccoli with garlic, chilli oil and crumble of bread and crusco pepper and orecchiette with burnt wheat with rocket and cherry tomatoes, all three of which are generous. Finally a mix of really good desserts. Highly recommended.

24/03/2024: Five stars are few to describe this truly exceptional family-run restaurant, the food is uniquely good, one of the owners, who is also the restaurant manager, is very nice without his stopping for a joke at the tables compromising the service which is very fast and precise. Despite being a family restaurant, the decor is modern and minimalist. The place is very clean (including the bathroom). An honorable mention must be made for the home-made Padre Peppe served at the table in watering cans. If you want to have a taste of Murgia cuisine, hospitality and warmth, this place must be on your road map.

03/10/2023: In assoluto una delle migliori cene del mio soggiorno salentino, tanto da ritornarci subito la sera successiva, tanto eravamo rimasti soddisfatti. Siamo stati consigliati dalla nostra titolare del b&b di Morciano di Leuca di provare questo locale, se eravamo in cerca della vera cucina del posto, ed aveva assolutamente ragione. Nelle due serate in cui siamo andati, abbiamo provato piatti diversi (una menzione particolare al "Carosello", un insieme di antipasti uno più buono dell'altro, dalle polpette, ai fiori di zucca e ricotta col miele, alla bufala con marmellata di pere....la mia bocca ha ancora l'acquolina), e non siamo mai stati delusi. Il menù non è troppo ampio, e lo ritengo un punto di merito, soprattutto quando la qualità è così alta. Anche i primi sono di tutto rispetto, per non parlare delle bombette prese come secondo. Sapori che ancora ci sogniamo, peccato che la terza sera fosse quella della partenza, altrimenti avremmo fatto il tris. Una menzione poi per il titolare Antonio e tutta la sua squadra: sempre cpn il sorriso, pronti a spiegare il piatto e consigliare, oltre ad avere una gentilezza che ormai non è scontata. Il prezzo è più alto di quello di altre trattorie, ma assolutamente in linea, se non addirittura basso, se rapportato al menù ed alla assoluta qualità del cibo. Se capitate da quelle parti, fidatevi, e andate da Antonio!

29/09/2023: Went there on our last night in Salve and got somewhat disappointed. The food was average and the interior of the place also nothing special. It's decent food, i just weren't impressed by the atmosphere. The staff and service was good!

15/03/2024: Honestly I only evaluate the position and the location, as it is a very remote place surrounded by country lanes and if you don't take the GPS you will get lost in the bush that is there. Being a structure surrounded by a farm, there is a bad smell of manure. Presentable pok structure.

23/05/2024: Chic restaurant with fine cuisine. The ambience impresses with a beautifully decorated wine cellar. The service was a bit reserved for my taste but still very professional. Maybe it was also because she had to serve all the tables almost alone. Aperitif and first course were excellent and very tasteful. The second course (meat) was unfortunately nothing... unfortunately the meat was very tough, so a point was deducted. Overall, you can't go wrong with Bina Restorante if you're looking for a restaurant for a cozy evening in a pleasant atmosphere.
