All truly excellent and with exceptional raw materials. Young, dynamic and courteous staff. A place to savor Puglia, in a more modern way. Good choice also for those who prefer vegetarian dishes.

Even by relaxed European and Italy norms, the service was really awful. One woman server was rude. Most of the other servers were friendly. Service was just extremely slow. Waited 30 minutes to put in our order. Waited 30 minutes just to get our food. They also forgot our primi dish so it came out 20 minutes after our pasta. However the food was solid, but not fantastic, as I was expecting based on a friend’s recommendation to come here. We wanted to love this place but did not. There are far better restaurants in Puglia. I do not recommend this restaurant at all.

Particular restaurant in Ceglie Messapica where you are welcomed and pampered, appreciating everything that is brought to you from the appetizer to the dessert. All accompanied by wines recommended by the owner, available in the presentation of the dishes, well supported by the kind waiters. Perfect location, adequate table spacing. Very good traditional dishes and some pleasantly revisited. Prices I would say are more than fair. Definitely worth returning.

Cibus, Dissident Cuisine: the sign already says it all and manifests a promise and a declaration of intent at the same time. Raw materials of the highest level treated with wisdom and originality but with an eye to the past. Great wine list 🍷 and friendly and affable service without ever appearing detached. The route is a must if you are in the city: you will not be disappointed. Their raviolaccio stuffed with donkey stew is as tear-jerking as a Mina song. Right value for money and attention to the customer. Highly recommended. Fabio

Ottima cena della tradizione. Locale accogliente, personale gentile e molto professionale. Il menù prevede piatti della tradizione rivisitati. La carta dei vini è buona e caratterizzata da ottima scelta di vini locali.

06/04/2024: It's always difficult to choose a place in tourist locations because there are always many, but this is definitely one that shouldn't be missed. A warm and evocative place. Furnished with taste and richness of detail. An amazing cuisine. On Easter day, we tasted appetizers, first courses, second courses and desserts... all truly impeccable. Perfectly cooked, balanced flavours... I really hope to return very soon. Last, not least, the kindness and courtesy of all the staff. Personally, I recommend not to miss the Podolica tartare and the starter with burrata, unsurpassed! You really can't pass through Ostuni without stopping there!
