11/10/2025: We celebrated our anniversary and couldn't have made a better choice. We had a wonderful time. Excellent service. The staff and owners were very kind and professional. The food was excellent. The Ligurian dishes were top-notch, just like everything else. We'll definitely be back.

19/10/2025: Intrigued by the reviews and being a seafood lover, I went for lunch on a weekday. The atmosphere was welcoming and informal, the staff were extremely kind and attentive, the seafood fresh and the dishes delicious. We can't wait to go back!

11/09/2025: A well-run family restaurant with a warm and cozy atmosphere. The swordfish tagliatelle was truly delicious, perfectly cooked and flavorful. The staff is very friendly and welcoming.

26/09/2025: A tempting menu on paper, but a huge disappointment. Aside from the lasagna, the dishes were poorly prepared. Boiled calamari, bland pesto, tasteless ricotta, flavorless savory cake... and no zucchini flowers even though they appear in the ingredient list. The marzipan cookies were particularly disappointing. In short, we were very disappointed.

28/10/2025: Centrally located, but with very close parking because it's just outside the city walls. It's a typical, simple but well-kept osteria that gets to the point. I really enjoyed the food, and the value for money was reasonable. We had two starters, two main courses, two desserts, two coffees, and a half bottle of wine, and we spent €33 each.

09/09/2025: I recommend the focaccias, they're so good that just thinking about them makes me wish I were there again right now. You can't miss trying them. All the dishes are generally very good, typical Ligurian dishes made by them.

14/10/2025: Delicious restaurant in the mountains! Please be very careful arriving and departing. Your stomach and taste buds will be excited and enamored with all of the delicious foods that you’ll be consuming! We enjoyed the house appetizers, salad, natural water, prosecco, gnocchi pesto, ravioli ragu, rabbit, dessert cake, and stracciatella gelato. All 10/10! Clean establishment. Restroom is clean and well stocked. Great prices! Great service! Great atmosphere!

02/10/2025: No frills tasty food for a fair price with good service in a beautiful location. I couldn’t decide on a dish and the man behind the counter let me taste a few first. Clearly some locals/regulars eating there as well. As a tourist it’s exactly the type of place you want to find amongst a sea of overpriced mediocre restaurants!

28/10/2025: The terrace offers a beautiful view. The food varied in quality. The beef, grilled on olive wood, was tough and accompanied by bland side dishes. However, the dessert (ice cream with olives) was a highlight. As lovely as the ambiance was, the service was unenthusiastic. What a shame!

04/11/2025: We, with two small dogs, were welcomed and treated very well. The food was excellent. We will definitely be back.

02/11/2025: Dinner with a couple of friends on Halloween Friday: following a family recommendation, we went to dinner at this lovely trattoria just outside the center of Alassio. The atmosphere is informal and casual, filled with vintage items. The food is prepared with excellent ingredients and comes in generous portions. The tagliolini verdi with shrimp, mussels, and clams were a real hit, and the desserts were superb. Focaccia, apple fritters, and amaro were offered, all at a very fair price. The service was friendly and cordial, yet extremely attentive. We had a small issue (nothing serious, but things can happen), and it was promptly and brilliantly resolved! Special mention and shoutout to our "glittery" waitress, whose name I didn't know but who was the best! See you soon!

21/10/2025: Excellent homemade food with a wide selection to satisfy everyone, friendly, courteous, and efficient staff and owners, a welcoming atmosphere... once you've discovered it, you'll definitely return! I was there for lunch, and I'll be back for dinner at the first opportunity.

14/10/2025: The dishes were good but not abundant, it's a shame they didn't bring me the dish I chose.

23/10/2025: Lightly spiced seafood spaghetti, a true delight, accompanied by a small glass of well-poured white wine. Antipasti: tasty fried anchovies. Server spoke a little French.

12/10/2025: I ordered spaghetti allo scoglio: the spaghetti tasted good, but the only seafood I had was a myriad of lupini beans (also called clams) that needed cleaning, two rubbery and tasteless shrimp, and a lot of empty mussel shells. This dish is definitely not to be ordered. The octopus with potatoes was very good. The sea bass baked in foil was neither good nor bad. Overall rating 2.5.

15/10/2025: We stumbled upon it by chance while out riding with biker friends. We were drawn in by the photos of the dishes. We immediately knew it was the perfect place to enjoy traditional Ligurian cuisine. The appetizers were generous. The first courses were tasty and generous. All this was accompanied by the friendly host, who made us enjoy a full tourist experience with a touch of humor and lightheartedness. We'll definitely be back. AMPLE PARKING NEXT TO THE PLACE.

She makes you feel truly at ease and is attentively looked after at every step. Thanks also to the friendly and smiling staff, who perfectly complement the impeccable service.

05/11/2025: At Zena Zuena, I found both the food and the service excellent. The staff is delightful, and the atmosphere is already immersed in a festive Christmas atmosphere.
