27/06/2026: We had lunch today with my wife and son. We were treated wonderfully and enjoyed the food just as much. The roast suckling pig melted in your mouth, highly recommended. Many thanks to Pino and Francesca for making us feel at home. Congratulations, we'll definitely be back 😋😋

The hot and cold appetizer is simply spectacular: quality Calabrian cured meats, exceptional meatballs, pickles, mushrooms, and countless other specialties. An explosion of authentic flavors, generous and carefully prepared: worth the dinner alone. The first courses are delicious.

22/01/2026: A truly evocative location with a beautiful fireplace that reigns supreme in the room... the quality of the food is remarkable... the staff are courteous and professional... I would recommend this place to anyone.

26/08/2026: This place was recommended to us on the beach by a Calabrian, and what can I say? We had the olive grove appetizer, the olive grove-style fileja, and the pollo al mattone. It's been a while since we've been to a restaurant and found all the dishes so delicious. The price was also super fair! Recommended for anyone who wants to try authentic Calabrian cuisine.

17/08/2026: Unfortunately, not everyone knows how to be hospitable and polite. We arrived at 10 pm after calling to ask if there was room. I might have had some doubts about politeness even on the phone, since he started repeating, "If you arrive in 5 minutes, I'll let you eat, otherwise I won't." "Do you understand, right? 5 minutes, not one more." Luckily for us, we were actually 2 minutes away, but in our haste, we didn't mention we had a dog. When we arrived, he started waving his arms and saying we couldn't stay there, pointing to the dog and saying we hadn't told him. I return to the entrance and see a small dog eating from the table in a man's arms, so I think the problem isn't the dog; instead, the problem was not having told him we were going with a large dog, which he said was bothering the other tables. I wish I could have stopped to take photos of the place so you could better understand how surreal this conversation was. Good luck with everything, and I hope that over the years you'll learn to communicate in a polite and civil manner. See you never again.

19/08/2026: The food was absolutely amazing. While it's possible to get there by car as a tourist, the traffic situation... takes some getting used to. I'd recommend leaving the car and walking. When we arrived, two older ladies were sitting at the table at the front and immediately got to work as soon as they knew we were coming for dinner. It perfectly matched my image of an Italian grandmother cooking for me; it was wonderful 🤩 There were four of us, and we had a six-course meal. With wine and all drinks, we paid €180, which I think is a real bargain for the quality. We'll definitely go back when we're in the area.
