The bill...just right!

Highly recommended.
The atmosphere was also fantastic.

The polenta with tomato sauce and the pappardelle with wild boar and truffle ragù are delicious.
Seating on two levels.
I recommend making a reservation because it was packed on the weekend.
Friendly staff.
Average prices.
Their deconstructed tiramisu is fantastic; I recommend trying it!

08/12/2025: An old-fashioned trattoria, much like many other places in the area. The food is excellent and cooked with great care. The staff is incredibly professional, even though they had to deal with a few issues, which were resolved extremely quickly and without embarrassment. The prices are very fair. I ordered the lamb chops, on the recommendation of the local cheese seller, who told me she stocked them herself. A truly excellent choice. The polenta with mushrooms was delicious. Everything was balanced, without any flaws.
The shared bathroom is a bit small, and if uncivilized people dirty it, it becomes unusable (but that's not the place's fault).

The appetizers and meat are top-notch, all authentic Abruzzo. An evening definitely worth repeating...the food was excellent!
02/11/2025: Very welcoming place, especially the very professional service by Cesar, who is very attentive and kind, even with children.
And the picarones, oh my, better than other restaurants.
Highly recommended!!

24/11/2025: While in the Molinette area and staying at the Plaza Hotel with my wife for about ten days, I wondered where to eat. Intrigued by Google Maps, I spotted and discovered Trattoria da Cinzia. It's an Abruzzese trattoria where friendliness and warmth reign supreme. Delicious dishes and delicious desserts are served at affordable prices. You won't regret your choice. If you'd like to eat, I recommend booking ahead of time, otherwise you risk having to wait for tables to be available.

08/12/2025: We had dinner for two, and the experience was very disappointing. The service was apathetic and the food was extremely underwhelming. The pasta was bland, the soup tasted like baby food puree. The cuttlefish was good, but not enough to save the experience.
07/12/2025: A great restaurant with delicious dishes and bold flavors, typical of home-style Abruzzo cooking. A surprise in Bologna's Pratello district. The staff are friendly and helpful. There are only a few tables inside, so reservations are recommended. Highly recommended!
