28/05/2024: Dinner for two in this place, we ate inside in a welcoming and very pleasant environment. The prosecco and welcome appetizer were very welcome. We took 2 starters and 2 first courses (highly recommended spaghetti alla Garum), a glass of prosecco, paying a fair price for the food and service received. The service was excellent, despite the evening not being the easiest to manage by the staff, through no fault of their own.

27/05/2024: First of all, the service is excellent. However, the 5-course tasting menu is both too small and too expensive. The main course of cold fish was particularly disappointing. Overall, this set meal is not worth the price. I would not recommend tourists opt for the set meal, it's better to choose individual dishes instead.

24/05/2024: We had a lovely dinner with a 6-course menu and wine. The food was excellent and the staff very friendly. Unfortunately we were sitting right on the street where the passing vehicles often had to prove how many horsepower they had, but with such good food we could overlook that. I would love to come back.

15/05/2024: A beautiful basilica and sanctuary. Behind the bell tower is the entrance to the chapel of Blessed Bartolo, who encouraged the construction of the church and encouraged devotion to Our Lady of the Rosary

25/03/2024: But why 4 and not 5 stars? An excellent place in Pompeii. Excellent cuisine with a spectacular wine list in a welcoming environment. Tasted a fantastic Taurasi by Benito Ferrara which truly upgraded a very high level dinner. Unfortunately the portions are really minimalist, I would have eaten double all the dishes. The extra-slim cheeses are also pleasant. The rabbit and cuttlefish are spectacular. I believe that in addition to the tasting menu (even smaller portions), a large menu should be added with a price supplement and 50% more food.

27/03/2024: Welcoming atmosphere and all the staff helpful and kind. Comfortable rooms suitable for everyone. Rich, varied breakfast and dinner and all the food was really good. The relaxation area is very well looked after with the various rooms and the hydromassage. The children's area is also full of different games. The location is excellent in relation to the centre. With the car you can reach the ski slopes in a few minutes.

23/03/2024: We had a wonderful stay, the staff was very helpful in accommodating our needs, the guys in the restaurant always welcomed us with a smile and made us feel at home. The room was clean and equipped with everything you need. Thank you very much for your hospitality!

05/05/2024: That was quite a surprise as this appears to be a roastery not just by the name! There's no pastry, no food of any sorts, but coffee and the authenticity of the place are fantastic. The owner is a very kind person and he can explain it all when it comes to coffee. Sorry I didn't return as I promised but the weather was aweful and I just rushed back to my accommodation..

04/05/2024: This place is closed and status in google is misleading. Took us an hour to go there and now we need to look for another place. Really disappointing

07/04/2024: Small little gem. Stopped here after visiting Pompei, Food was amazing here after really great tasting dishes. We had 4 vegetarian pastas and all dishs were absolutely delicious.

24/05/2024: This chef’s raviolis are divine! (I happily advertised it to the English group next door, it was a huge hit!) 😂 The chef also comes personally to explain his cuisine. So yes, it's expensive compared to what you hope to pay, but the dishes are definitely worth the trip. The gnocchi were great, even if I would have served them in a deep plate or a bowl rather than a rectangular plate, but it's a matter of presentation. The dessert, however, did not necessarily meet my expectations (I was expecting a rum baba, I had a cream baba... without the rum). That's the downside of not speaking Italian but too bad. The bruschetta had way too much salt, it was all over the plate (a kitchen accident surely?) I couldn't finish it, but it wasn't charged so I didn't issue a complaint. complaint on the subject. The spritz was served at the table, the chef uncorked the prosecco in front of us, it was very nice. We had a great time, full of flavors! We highly recommend!!

24/05/2024: Very good restaurant opposite the entrance to the Pompei site. The waitress welcomes us with a big smile and it is the chef who comes to take orders and chat (in 3 languages: Italian, English and French) with the customers. The dishes are simple but with local ingredients and full of flavor. A real treat this meal and an Italian restaurant atmosphere as we seek. The chef's and restaurant's multiple awards are displayed in the room.

26/05/2024: Alessio was amazing. The food was incredible I highly recommend checking out Ristorente President. We celebrated after a long day of walking through Pompeii and enjoyed one of the best meals I’ve had. The chef’s “The Trip” was amazing and they were extremely accommodating to a nut allergy and a pregnant wife. I was really impressed with the food and the ambiance. Really everyone who is visiting Pompeii and loves gastronomy should come here. The bread was out of this world and the wine pouring generous and relatively priced alongside the enlightened and surprisingly filling food. I was impressed with everything they provided and particularly loved the aloe snow. Inventive, tasty, classy. And the service… best I’ve had anywhere. Made us feel at home and answered every question and with such smiles and graces that it was hard to leave!

21/05/2024: We went to the President for a family lunch.. The welcome was excellent.. Having 2 5 year old children in tow and they were the first to be looked after and served (and they are not always priority in restaurants). For adults, a sensorial gustatory journey was undertaken south of the equator with a concentration of flavors and delicacies. The waitress attempted to explain the dishes in an extremely engaging way. The room operators provided attentive and punctual service, especially regarding the wine. More than a lunch, a true multi-sensory experience. Icing on the cake? Having met the chef. A short but convivial and empathetic dialogue. A person who, despite his heavy name, titles and everything else, maintains a genuine curiosity to talk about cooking with his guests. The bill? I believe that certain days, certain hours of our lives are priceless. Thanks to the President

25/05/2024: The food is good except if you order a portion of fries, for which they charge you 5 euros. I eat meatballs and they are delicious, plus the quantity is not bad, it's just that they add some fries and they charge you that, 5 euros for a bowl smaller than your hand. Very pleasant service, especially an Argentinian girl who speaks Spanish and is very friendly. The place is ugly, just a street. What disappointed us was that they charged us 2.50 euros for service each person, we ate yesterday near the Colosseum in Rome and they charged us 1 euro for the same thing, this is nonsense.

25/05/2024: This is my first time in Pompeii. This restaurant made me fall in love with Pompeii. The waiters were very patient and enthusiastic. We ordered the T-bone steak, which tasted very good. If you want to eat meat, you must not miss this restaurant!

12/05/2024: Appetizer with baked potatoes, pulled pork and truly delicious sauces, I have never seen them on a menu... very pleasant surprise. Even the sandwich, several choices, all very good, friendly staff and very fast service. A good alternative to the more renowned chains that offer a similar menu.

11/05/2024: Very pretty and traditional restaurant. great atmosphere. The antipasti and pasta are delicious. The staff is professional and courteous. One of the waiters speaks French very well. Great help in choosing dishes. I highly recommend this establishment.

10/05/2024: I turned to Osteria di Peppe to celebrate my son's second birthday and subsequently took advantage of their home catering service to celebrate my birthday party. What can I say... impeccable service, extremely fresh and excellent quality raw materials (the raw seafood is truly special), super original presentation of the dishes and combinations studied down to the smallest detail, and finally... a refined and welcoming environment. Marilena then... is truly the icing on the CAKE (in every sense). He made two beautiful, scenographic and also super good cakes for me and my son. My absolute favorite remains the lemon meringue pie... delicious! I would choose you again 1000 times! Thank you!
