19/09/2025: Historic restaurant. They used to make pizza, now they make piadinas. First and second courses are meat-based, prepared locally, and made with quality ingredients. Very friendly staff. Quick service. Average price. Ample parking in the sports field square below. It's always best to exit via the main road, because the other way around is heartbreaking, trying to get past the rearview mirrors just above the walls of houses. Those who've been there will know this well... Reservations required.

11/10/2025: El Sabor Argentino is a fantastic place: the meat is spectacular, the atmosphere is very welcoming and familiar, and the staff is very professional. Not to mention the owner, Ramiro, who is a volcano of kindness. If you're feeling down, definitely go to Sabor; you'll leave feeling refreshed in every sense, not just in spirit.

The owner is exceptional, the staff is professional and bilingual, the meat is excellent, tender and grilled so you can cut it with a fork when it reaches your plate, and the portions are enormous! This is the queen of empanadas, beautifully filled, still piping hot inside, and deliciously seasoned! The dulce de leche dessert took me back to my childhood years when my grandmother used to make it this way! I highly recommend dinner at this restaurant to anyone who wants to "take a trip to Argentina" while staying in Sardinia!

I was particularly impressed by the attention to intolerances and allergies, and by the fact that they served several types of warm gluten-free bread. The meat (sliced ​​heifer steak) was good, but I hope to return and try other cuts. The vegetable side dish was generous and tasty. The prices aren't cheap, but I'd say they're adequate for the culinary selection and the staff's expertise.

20/10/2025: Braciami is a lovely restaurant whose offerings go beyond what its name suggests or the idea of ​​a farmhouse restaurant. At Braciami, you'll also find international recipes enhanced with their high-quality ingredients. Excellent tacos, empanades, lasagna with lamb ragù, spare ribs. And, of course, delicious grilled meats. The cuts are good, but the portions are a bit on the small side. They also make excellent supplì. The portions are perfect for sharing, often double (for example, the bombette are 4, the supplì and the bruschettone are 2), so be sure to ask before ordering to avoid overdoing it. If you order the bruschettone, ask for homemade bread, not the tramezzini kind, and for it to be well toasted; they tend to leave it soggy. The place is very charming, with attention to every detail, and surrounded by greenery. It's just outside Viterbo, on the Cimina road, about an hour from the Cassia Veientana exit of the GRA ring road. Oh, and they also make good coffee. I didn't stay at the agriturismo.

The village was created in great detail, it is quite large and full of lights. It was nice to find the elves too and exciting to see my daughter with Santa Claus 😊. It has a terrace right by the sea, open in the evenings. Advance reservations are essential. The restaurant is regularly fully booked.
