13/09/2025: I'm returning to this restaurant on Lungarno Torrigiani after at least 10 years since my last visit. They told me something had changed, but I was pleased to find that everything has remained the same. The menu features truly sophisticated options, mostly meat-based (they have top-quality meat), but the menu is broad and encompasses a variety of flavors. The Chianina sushi is definitely recommended. Attentive and attentive service in a truly jaw-dropping location: eating with a view of the Arnolfo Tower...priceless!

Unique and authentic atmosphere, exceptional meat sliced ​​non-stop at your table, a wide variety of traditional appetizers and fabulous cocktails, and delicious desserts too. Very friendly and professional service. It's become a regular stop for us!

02/09/2025: We decided to try Maranto after riding by the hotel Europa for years. We were very impressed with the taste and quality of the food. The pasta, meats, and fish were excellent. We wished we had room for some pizza but we'll save that for next time. We will be back next year when we visit Molise.

The pizzas are well-seasoned and light, the grilled meats are tender and flavorful, all accompanied by friendly and fast service. The desserts are also delicious. The atmosphere is welcoming and refined, perfect for a dinner with family or friends. Definitely recommended and worth returning to!

06/09/2025: We'd come a little pre-emptively, partly because our experiences weren't always up to par, but once inside, a world of deliciousness opened up. A unique experience, starting with the exquisite cured meats, to the perfectly cooked sausages, and ending with a delicious meat: Argentine fillet and Podolica rib-eye steak. Not to be missed. The owner, Mr. Nino, is a character who alone is worth the price. He offered me an excellent rum, served with chocolate and a cigar. I've never eaten so well in recent memory.

02/09/2025: After booking for 9:00 PM, we waited about 40 minutes before being able to sit outside under a gazebo! With a rush of inexperienced waiters, we had to remind the server what we'd ordered! After choosing various types of meat, it was served on a single tray!!! Given that we're talking about different cuts of steak! Exorbitantly priced! A basic but incredibly expensive place!!! For me... I'll never go back!
