01/03/2026: I was there for the first time a few years ago, and since 2025 I've already been there 5 times, so it means something's working well. 🥳 Lovely atmosphere both in winter and summer, wide selection of pizzas (including gluten-free), grilled meats, and desserts. Personally, it's one of the best pizza doughs, not too salty and easy to digest. Excellent quality and location with nearby parking. Ideal place for all events with friends, family, and small/medium-sized ceremonies. I'll definitely be back, thanks to all the staff. 👏🏻

16/01/2026: A restaurant in the center of Cuneo with a very welcoming atmosphere, professional and courteous service, and excellent quality dishes, both in terms of the use of raw materials and the execution. We ate various cuts of hand-chopped raw meat and a bone-in fillet seasoned with a Worcestershire-style sauce that was simply fabulous. A restaurant that showcases the finest Piedmontese meat. Prices are in line with the quality offered. Highly recommended.

15/02/2026: Not a completely positive experience; the children's area definitely needs to be reconsidered, as it isn't equipped with child-friendly furnishings. The most dangerous elements in the room are iron cabinets with sharp edges and a table with broken tiles, which should definitely be removed before anyone gets hurt. The food served didn't live up to expectations (I ordered a chicken burger), and the quality of the chicken didn't seem to be the best. The sliced ​​meat served, however, was very good, as was the Italian version of Coke. The beer-based desserts were good. The service was a bit slow, but the staff was friendly and helpful. The €3 beer promotion if you download the app is excellent.

09/02/2026: We went to this place on a Saturday night with friends... the food was truly excellent, and despite the large crowd, everything arrived quickly and piping hot, a sign that the kitchen was truly well-organized. The flavors were also excellent, both the sandwiches and the pizza slices we ordered as an "aperitif." On the other hand, the wait staff, who took our order at our table in a very hasty and listless manner, left before we could even finish, leaving us to call another waitress for the rest... on top of that, they completely forgot about our table; in fact, when the food arrived, we didn't have placemats or cutlery. Last but not least, after ordering a coffee, we were forgotten again, and it never arrived... For this reason, we decided to pay directly at the table with the QR code to avoid having to deal with the listless and unprofessional staff. Even though the food was very good, I don't think we'll return in the future. P.S. I would advise the managers to turn up the heating temperature because it was really cold in the room!

08/03/2026: We were at this wonderful restaurant with a typical local feel!!! The building is quaint, all in wood, elegant and rustic at the same time! The food was delicious, even my little ones were satisfied, and the staff were welcoming and smiling! I recommend it to anyone who wants to eat well but feel at home!!! Excellent!

The only thing the service could improve is this: We ordered a low-priced wine that wasn't available. The alternative wine offered was almost twice as expensive; perhaps this could have been mentioned. However, it tasted good, and that's what matters most.

16/02/2026: My father, brother, and I went for lunch. We were pleasantly surprised by the selection of "supersonic" steaks, excellent meats. The owner even came out to present the cut of meat we requested: Chianina fillet and medium-aged steak with a good amount of fat. It was amazing! 😋. We drank a bottle of house wine, which wasn't bad. A wonderful surprise and experience. We must return to the area. We'll definitely return to this splendid "temple of cigarettes."

18/01/2026: We reached Botinero easily by car; parking in front of the restaurant was really convenient. Upon entry, we were greeted immediately and seated on the elegant and well-furnished outdoor terrace with a few tables, a piano bar, and sofas. We began with an entrée of cheese mousse with salmon and chips, accompanied by a glass of prosecco. Next, we enjoyed a beef tartare with truffles, paired with a bottle of Masi Campofiorin. For main courses, we chose fillet steak, ribeye steak, and El Tractor, all top-quality Argentinian meats, cooked to perfection and truly tender and flavorful. To finish, we ordered panna cotta and tiramisu, accompanied by some bitters, and to finish, butter pastries and meringues, included in the cover charge. The service was impeccable: attentive and meticulous, but never intrusive. Overall, the dinner was excellent, with top-quality meat and top-notch service. The price was in line with the quality, recommended for a special evening.

13/03/2026: The reason im not giving a 5 stars because something happened not only with us but with others on an another table, we asked for 1.2kg of bistecca the waiter came back with a piece of 1.6kg, and even though i told him its 400g more than what i asked almost 50€… he sais its fine its only 400g we cant cut it precise. Now i know that it can be 100g more or less when cutting such a piece but 400 g thats a big margin… but otherwise the food was good and service was good too👍🏻
