17/02/2026: The atmosphere is very nice and welcoming, the dishes are very carefully prepared and refined, with an Argentinean flair (considering the chef). The price, given the work I presume goes into it, is affordable, definitely worth a try. The only flaw is that the wines (if you choose to pair them with the dishes) are always late. Two extra glasses of wine were requested for dessert, but never saw them, and fortunately not even on the bill.

25/01/2026: It was my second visit to this restaurant, the first having been very positive. My second overall positive experience at a high-end restaurant. As a food intolerant, I had mentioned my concerns the morning of my reservation and appreciated their willingness to offer a dedicated menu. The menu was well-organized, but the final dessert didn't convince me: a panna cotta accompanied by spinach leaves, which didn't provide the harmonious and satisfying conclusion one expects from a Michelin-starred tasting menu. I believe that the finale is a key moment of the experience and that, even with intolerances, it can become an opportunity to express creativity and care right down to the last bite. I'm sorry, but this time I left feeling a bit dissatisfied...

17/02/2026: The perfect restaurant for a romantic dinner. We chose delicious seafood dishes: manfettini with cuttlefish and peas, spoja lorda with raw shrimp and pistachios, and roasted calamari with cardoon stew. Everything was top-notch...we had a wonderful time!

09/01/2026: Excellent food, clean atmosphere, and friendly staff. We were a large group of nine. We ate a lot and enjoyed everything. Even our vegetarian friend enjoyed it and had a wide selection to choose from. Congratulations! We'll definitely be back.

07/01/2026: I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant because the food is excellent, the staff is welcoming and very cheerful, and the dining room is beautifully decorated. But most importantly, it offers both meat-based and vegetarian/vegan dishes on the menu. I'd say it's a 10/10! PS: For anyone looking for a recommendation, the standouts are the FUFU and the SPICY BEEF PIRI PIRI. Thanks again to the staff, and see you next time.

08/01/2026: Discovered by chance last night, we are campers from Rome and were looking for a good restaurant to savor the delicacies of Modena and a quiet place to spend the night in our campervan in safety and tranquility. Taverna Napoleone offered both: free parking for the campervan with electrical hookup and a fantastic dinner. The staff were extremely kind and welcoming, and Beppe was an exceptional host, friendly and personable. We also exchanged many campervan experiences, as he was a campervan himself. The carefully curated and well-presented menu, and Beppe's recommendations took us on a journey through the flavors of fabulous Modena cuisine, all at very fair prices. I highly recommend it to campervans and non-campers alike; we will definitely be back. Thanks, Beppe, and best of luck with everything. See you soon.

03/01/2026: I went for New Year's Eve dinner. The menu was exclusively fish-based, with simple yet refined dishes. The products were high-quality, beautifully presented, and the wine cellar was excellent. The host was present, knowledgeable, and down-to-earth. The place was refined and well-maintained, yet made you feel at ease. Recommended! I'll definitely be back.

The place was beautiful, the food excellent, and the staff polite and helpful (despite the fact that we had a very rude person in our group, for which I apologize). The wait staff is super friendly and knowledgeable, and each dish is explained and presented in the best possible way. For the price (€120 per person, including everything), I'd recommend going for special occasions. Highly recommended.

27/10/2025: We dined at this restaurant during a visit to Ferrara. The location is strategic, just outside the historic center (parking isn't the easiest). The restaurant is small but charming, with a passionate owner who has made unconventional choices (e.g., the wine list features only non-Italian wines, with the exception of a few local producers). The menu is small, but the dishes are of the highest quality. Recommended.
