Fixed stop on summer evenings. We are talking about an ice cream shop where you will always find creamy ice cream, it never happens that you find ice cream that is a few days old as it is always full and the product is always fresh daily. Unlike others, for those like me who don't like exaggerated desserts, it is the ideal place to enjoy an ice cream that is also balanced in taste, but above all if you decide to eat a particular flavour, you will be pleasantly surprised by the intense flavour. I often prefer it to a dinner and the value for money is, in my opinion, more than fair for the quality of the product. I highly recommend stopping by, be aware that you might find a long queue, but it's really worth it.

13/05/2024: The three stars are for the service (the dining room staff was exquisite and very fast) for the location and the quality of the food. The kitchen service is bad, or rather very bad; 1 hour of waiting between one first course and the other and over 1 hour between the second first course and the second one caused the review stars to drop from 5 to 3 (tending towards 2, let's say a 3--).
28/04/2024: Stunning location, excellent food, excellent organisation. The staff, always present starting from the owner and the very talented Massimo, satisfied any request, paying attention to even the smallest detail and paying great attention to people with allergies and intolerances. I wouldn't have any doubts choose Tenuta San Germano again.

09/05/2024: A nice experience, welcoming place, very friendly chef and excellent fish. We will definitely be back.
14/04/2024: Typically Carmelo cooks fish, but for us he prepared an OVER THE TOP meat menu!!! Never eaten such good tartare (with gold leaves)! Everything was absolutely delicious! And I highly recommend the chantilly cream.... I can't wait to go back and try the fish menu!!!
