The three stars are for the service (the dining room staff was exquisite and very fast) for the location and the quality of the food. The kitchen service is bad, or rather very bad; 1 hour of waiting between one first course and the other and over 1 hour between the second first course and the second one caused the review stars to drop from 5 to 3 (tending towards 2, let's say a 3--).

Stunning location, excellent food, excellent organisation. The staff, always present starting from the owner and the very talented Massimo, satisfied any request, paying attention to even the smallest detail and paying great attention to people with allergies and intolerances. I wouldn't have any doubts choose Tenuta San Germano again.

It's the second time we've been back and they are number 1 in organizing events. They manage to organize perfect days. Top entertainment and food. Excellent value for money.

09/05/2024: A nice experience, welcoming place, very friendly chef and excellent fish. We will definitely be back.
14/04/2024: Typically Carmelo cooks fish, but for us he prepared an OVER THE TOP meat menu!!! Never eaten such good tartare (with gold leaves)! Everything was absolutely delicious! And I highly recommend the chantilly cream.... I can't wait to go back and try the fish menu!!!

27/02/2024: Light pizza, well served, all in a nice and particular way 🥰 very friendly staff and very fast service 😁💪
10/12/2023: Usually the pizza is very good, eaten in a pizzeria. The last time I went there it was crazy windy and I got a takeaway. There was no care in placing the boxes on top of each other and, as a result, my burrata was crushed and lost all the milk on the pizza (which in turn became very soft). What shocked me the most, however, was paying 40 euros for 2 pizzas, 3 supplì and 1 croquette... A little too expensive I would say! I hope there was a mistake....
