A spot in South Tyrol that we visit every time we stay. Because service, food and panoramic views are unique. It's a shame that the rose trellis along the path/street no longer offers the blooms of previous years.

Auch wenn wir nur den phantastische Aofelstrudel und die dreierlei Knödel verköstigt haben, sind wir überzeugt davon, dass die anderen angebotenen Gerichte ebenfalls eine Klasse für sich sind - lecker, dafür steigt man gerne die Klamm hoch. Die Sonne war schon weg, und wir waren die letzten Gäste, daher konnten wir das Ambiente nicht so richtig geniessen.

Ristorante nascosto che è dietro la casa dei proprietari. Bellissima terrazza con panorama sulla vallata. Si sta molto bene e freschi. Ottimo cibo, gli schlutzkrapfen (ravioli ripieni di spinaci e parmigiano conditi con burro e parmigiano) era buonissimi. Tutti i piatti sembravano molto invitanti. Provatelo!

Weber

06/04/2024: We stayed at the Gasthof Weber for 5 nights. You can call it a little insider tip. The cleanliness of the rooms, the location as well as the breakfast and restaurant receive full points from us and are exceptionally good! The staff is very good and accommodating, the atmosphere is familiar. 100 points as an inn!
26/10/2023: Our visit to the Weber Restaurant in October 2023 was a true taste experience. The food was excellent, of exceptional quality, and the attentive service staff also did an excellent job. The highlight of our evening was getting to know the chef personally, which made our experience even more special. We will definitely come back and recommend this restaurant to anyone who appreciates excellent food and service.
