Excellent experience, great hand of the chef who allows you to take a journey with great combinations between innovation and his southern tradition.
The wine proposals alongside the tasting menu I tried were also excellent.
The selection is combined with the various courses by the young sommelier, kind and available to accompany you on this sensorial journey that is Vitium. Well done.

Intimate and welcoming venue, food and service with the standards of a starred restaurant.
We tried the 5-course tasting menu (chosen by the chef) which for €60 is more than honest.
The pebble of Salva Cremasco, black rice and compote onion, the sphere of liquid amatriciana, the octopus with bbq sauce and daikon and the chestnut ravioli were highly appreciated.
The Pierre Baillette suggested by the sommelier was also appreciated.

Seconda volta che vado in questo ristorante, locale ben arredato e che ti mette a tuo agio per perderti in chiacchiere per ore. Ottimi piatti e abbinamenti che non ti aspetti, anche se alcune portate sono un pò troppo ristrette, da provare assolutamente la cacio...

E' tutto o quasi come si deve in questo ristorante stellato. Servizio, materie prime, location (sul nero), tavola (ma l'assenza di tovaglia ormai tanto diffusa non è certo un pregio), fantasia nei piatti. Gli unici appunti che mi sento di muovere sono: nel menu Vitium...
