Mediocre staff, in this case I had lunch at Easter so I can't talk about the menu and I can understand the staff's anxiety at having so many tables full of people. If I can advise, I would make the veal less dry and I would call the dessert bounet and not tart, the sugar in the creme brulee must be crystallized almost burnt. The rest was OK just to make dishes less confusing but the combinations between the foods were good

A pleasant discovery in the historic centre, really nice atmosphere, pleasant and kind staff, really excellent dishes, homemade gnocchi au gratin, agnolotti with roast sauce, venison stew and polenta, bunet all very good, low prices, safe experience to be repeated RECOMMENDED 🙏🏻

Eravamo di passaggio a Pinerolo. Locale tipico e carino in un vicolo molto suggestivo del centro. Personale cortese. Porzioni giuste e cibo appetitoso. Cucina tipica piemontese e pizza da forno a legna. Non ho molto apprezzato i dolci ma può essere un gusto personale. Comunque lo consiglio.

23/03/2024: We went here for an aperitif. We liked the platter and the wines (the cured meats a little less than the cheeses but still quite good), the only flaw was the service and the wait. The girl who served us brought us the cutting board with the table receipt placed on the cured meats and kept it there even while she explained the dishes to us, certainly unhygienic. In addition, we waited more than half an hour to receive our platter, and the place only had two tables occupied besides us. I don't want to know when it's full.

24/03/2024: Per la seconda volta sono tornata da Sciarada, il cibo è sensazionale e il personale gentilissimo e disponibile. I dolci veramente fantastici. Anche il rapporto qualità prezzo è molto conveniente. Super consigliato.
10/03/2024: Restaurant in San Salvario, cold but quiet environment, discreet and sometimes absent service, excellent dishes with refined flavours, fair price.
