Friendly service in Italian and English. Food was authentic and the views was really nice. A good little spot to visit if you have time to travel out of Bologna.

Good food service a little too rushed food we're not really there today... What I ate was multi-heated baked pasta with aubergines and dried (rabbit) baked side dish cold cuts... pleasant environment

It may have been Easter, confusion, and difficulties regarding the quantities of food to cook, but if the first courses almost everything was ok, from meat to dessert, no. And the price outside the normal quality ratio. Very nice environment. I don't know if I would recommend it.

Domenica a pranzo con menù fisso ma grande scelta. Possibilità di fare menù con tutto a base di tartufo o porcini, ovviamente tutto fatto in casa. Locale da trattoria di montagna ma molto accogliente con 2 camini ben accesi. Rapporto qualità prezzo top

Locale storico della Valsamoggia. Porzioni abbondanti e cibo di qualità. Ottimo il tartufo. Personale di sala sempre gentile e disponibile come il proprietario di casa. Sempre un’ottima esperienza per trascorrere una piacevole serata

15/05/2024: A rustic but welcoming place, the perfect refreshment for travelers in the Portettana-Pistoiese area!! We consumed very high quality cured meats and cheeses, honestly never found in other "restaurants" or "taverns". The owners are kind and welcoming. The service is slow... but that's okay, with the relaxed atmosphere of the Apennines. Not to be missed!!
05/05/2024: We came to Italy with the promise that we would try the same restaurant twice so we would experience Italy better. This restaurant is the exception, 10/10 would recommend. Many selections of local wines.
