We booked online at this randomly chosen restaurant.... what can I say, a wonderful experience!!! Excellent food, super professional and friendly staff. They took a thousand precautions to make the dinner special, a candle on the dessert and a tribute to the birthday boy. ALL UNEXPECTED. It's really nice to end up in these types of restaurants, CONGRATULATIONS to everyone but in particular to Andrea "alto" for accompanying us on this memorable dinner!!!!! I STRONGLY RECOMMEND this restaurant😊

Delicious, first-class cuisine at a very good price. I tried mushrooms with potatoes, just amazing. They have a wine list and the service is very good. If you don't reserve you must wait, but only a few minutes.

We passed pizzeria nearby because of loooong waiting queue.... and just next to it foud this trstaurant. 5 stars! Good quality of food and service for reasonable prices!

Characteristic, welcoming place with friendly and approachable staff. Good quality of the raw materials, excellent preparation of the dishes, excellent proposals for homemade dishes such as carpaccio of boiled tongue with green sauce, Florentine rrippa, peposo and many others. Well done, a non-touristy place, certainly worth trying.

Great authentic family run place with amazing home made food and a really good buzzing atmosphere from the staff zooming around and having a laugh whilst serving the customers.

I'm trying to understand how someone could eat here and not love it?! Maybe because we just spent 4 days in Rome, spent 2 - 3 times the money on meals that were not even close to being this good. The service was outstanding. The atmosphere (ate inside) was great (we were surrounded by locals which should tell you a lot). The food was fresh and tasted homemade. Simple and simply delicious. And the coffee! I had coffee multiple times in Rome and I am telling you it did not taste as good. Especially for the price?! 2 of us split an appetizer, 3 glasses of wine, a pasta, a steak, a dessert and 1 coffee. 46 euro per person. We are coming back tomorrow night.

Ambiente carino ed accogliente, cucina tipica fiorentina, servizi rapido. Pietanze buone ma senza particolare eccellenza, conto davvero esagerato, tenuto conto che è stato scelto vino sfuso in abbinamento a piatti semplici e non sofisticati

Tipica e genuina trattoria di quartiere, vicino Santo Spirito, abbiamo mangiato ottimi crostini toscani, fusilloni con sugo anatra e spettacolare trippa di cui riporterò a Roma il sapore. E alla fine Cristina mi ha sorpreso con una fetta di crostata con la candelina da compleanno. Grazie, è stata una bella esperienza e alla prossima occasione torneremo di sicuro

07/05/2024: Great food! Delicious pappardelle and the smell of sizzling meat throughout the room. The starter was also plentiful and super colorful and varied. Well done! The only criticism is that it seemed to be surrounded by vultures that as soon as a diner put the last morsel into his mouth, his plate was taken away. Twice I found myself eating alone while everything at the table had already been cleared away and, in fact, the next course was already being prepared. In theory he expects everyone to be finished and not with anguish. The two waitresses circled the table just like scavenger birds. We still had a laugh while we held the plate with one hand and made the slipper with the other! Everything was excellent and the price was average. The bread is also excellent
07/05/2024: For me this restaurant is always a favorite when it comes to Tuscan food. The quality is excellent and the service excellent. A slightly retro atmosphere and not exactly cheap prices. All in all, every now and then we're in for a quality Tuscan dinner.
