For me this restaurant is always a favorite when it comes to Tuscan food. The quality is excellent and the service excellent. A slightly retro atmosphere and not exactly cheap prices. All in all, every now and then we're in for a quality Tuscan dinner.

Great food! Delicious pappardelle and the smell of sizzling meat throughout the room. The starter was also plentiful and super colorful and varied. Well done! The only criticism is that it seemed to be surrounded by vultures that as soon as a diner put the last morsel into his mouth, his plate was taken away. Twice I found myself eating alone while everything at the table had already been cleared away and, in fact, the next course was already being prepared. In theory he expects everyone to be finished and not with anguish. The two waitresses circled the table just like scavenger birds. We still had a laugh while we held the plate with one hand and made the slipper with the other! Everything was excellent and the price was average. The bread is also excellent

The quality of the food is excellent. I had the best steak ever at Cosimo's. You are now a point of reference for my friends and family.

One certainty, they accept reservations, not like those scoundrels next door. Delicious food and excellent service.

The meat is always top notch...and the desserts too

The best Florentine ever! Efficient and very fast service. Super flatbread, excellent baked potatoes. Booking is recommended.

Excellent restaurant just off the highway. The service is fast and the waiters well trained. A little dated but highly recommended. Renowned for its steak, the entire menu offered is first-rate: appetizers with crostini of various kinds, bruschetta and various delicacies; first courses which, in addition to the timeless pappardelle with wild boar, include pasta and risotto; for second courses in addition to the steak, there are many appetizing alternatives on offer. To stay "light" I ordered a bruschetta with lard and beans, half a portion of ribollita and half a portion of wild boar with polenta. Honest prices considering the quality of what I ate: 26 euros including cover charge, 1/2 water and coffee.

siamo appena fuori dal casello autostradale di barberino del mugello, di passaggio per l'outlet lì nei pressi. il claim è dichiarato in insegna: specialità toscane ed in effetti leggendo il menù c'è tutto quello per cui la cucina locale è apprezzata. la sala, molto affollata, dove si sente tanta parlata bolognese oltre che toscana, sembra stanca, realizzata alcune decine di anni fa e non più rinfrescata, tavoli molti vicini. scelti i piatti abbiamo chiesto di vino cosa offrissero al calice ricevendo come risposta chianti e vino della casa, ben poca cosa. abbiamo preso ribollita buona esecuzione, zuppa di cipolle saporita e bistecca alla fiorentina servita con patate arrosto. la carne si presenta bene, cotta a puntino ma in termini di sapore e frollatura ne abbiamo trovate di migliori, il prezzo 60€/kg. con il caffè sono state offerte delle frittelle di carnevale. in 2 pex il conto, con acqua e coperto, è stato di 115€. all'uscita gli abiti erano impregnati di odori in maniera veramente fastidiosa per evidente mancanza di riciclo d'aria nel locale. è un peccato che dei ristoranti con grandi potenzialità stiano banalizzando il loro pacchetto esperienziale, è nostra opinione che non è più sufficiente sfamare tanti avventori, quantità non è sempre qualità, bisogna dare una ragione per tornare che qui non abbiamo trovato.

Ci siamo fermati a cena mentre viaggiavamo verso Roma, questo locale infatti si trova subito all'uscita di Barberino e dispone di un ampio parcheggio esterno. Rinomato per la sua carne, abbiamo ordinato una fiorentina in 2 , ti viene tagliata al momento davanti al tavolo e servita con delle patate al forno. La carne eccezionale si scioglie in bocca e le patate belle croccanti fuori e morbide dentro. Il personale preparato e professionale, con un quarto di vino e una bottiglia d'acqua abbiamo pagato 86 euro
