Everything is excellent, from the kind, professional and very attentive staff to the relaxing, elegant, welcoming and intimate location, to the cuisine which presents typical Langhe dishes with particularly good imagination and creativity and cooked according to tradition with selected raw materials. All in a truly beautiful and relaxing landscape context.

Comfortable and visually satisfying environment, disarmingly courteous staff, in particular the sommelier (if I'm not mistaken, Mr Mauro) and the attentive and thoughtful owner, they warmed our hearts. High level food with exceptional research into raw materials. Delicious too with our little dog. If you want an oasis of peace this is the ideal place. Anita

Exquisite Langhe restaurant immersed in an elegant villa in the green countryside of Monforte d'Alba. Refined food of excellent quality from starters to desserts. The bread and breadsticks are also delicious. Prices clearly in line with the food offered. Recommended

Saturday lunch with friends. Attentive in the service, not too formal, even if professional. We ate well, the meats are amazing. I can not wait to come back.

Mi mancava l’ottima cucina langarola, il nostro primo riferimento, da sempre , è “la posta” di Monforte garanzia di eccellenza delle materie prime e una carta tradizionale. Abbiamo trovato posto lunedì a cena . Sicuramente la nostra “missione” era il tartufo bianco di Alba . Confesso che siamo rimasti dapprima un po’ spiazzati da un’albese trovata “arricchita” con : salsina senape ( buona ) , uova di quaglia, sale grosso , castelmagno che hanno fatto un po’ a pugni con la grattata ( abbondante ) di tartufo bianco … innovazione bocciata!!!. La moglie ha preferito continuare senza il tartufo ( ha fatto benissimo ) , i miei tajerin al burro con tartufo ( meglio se con fonduta ) sono parsi asciutti con un tartufo bianco che non è esploso ( boh ?! C’è nostalgia !!! ) . Anch’io mi son convinto di proseguire con i piatti tipici senza più il tartufo, un buon filetto con fungo porcino . Buona la proposta di vini al calice . Eccellente il Servizio . ‘Nsomma la qualità del tartufo, quest’anno, è sembrata low , per ciò l’albese arricchita ??

Bellissima la location casale rimesso a posto con sale arredate in modo elegante con delle bellissime credenze di altri tempi. Iniziato con tajarin con tartufo molto appetitosi per continuare con un filetto di fassona con funghi porcini ( che erano leggermente crudi ) comunque il piatto era molto gustoso. Pasteggiato con bottiglia di Barolo Pira 2019 leggermente giovane ma di tutto rispetto. Servizio attento e professionale - ho apprezzato molto i consigli del sommelier persona giovane ma con grande cultura vinicola e . Prezzi Euro 120 a testa ma considerando tartufo e Barolo non era particolarmente caro. Ristorante classico che vale la pena.
