Trattoria da Carla e Remo In Fossano

I was yesterday on the day of the motorbike rally, ate well as usual but the appetizers were too cold. Negative note, I really noticed that they first served all the bikers under the cabaret then once they finished serving them then they started serving us inside, I think it's not enough professional given that the price was the same for both us and them. The excuse that the motorcyclists are in a hurry is a lie because once they finished lunch between 3.30pm and 4.00pm they would no longer go to the seaside or to the mountains. Instead of diverting all the waiters outside, it was enough to keep three inside and carry on with everyone's meals at the same time. If you increase a traditional lunch from 28 to 30 euros you must also increase the quality of the service otherwise you are just demonstrating that you want to make money. The biggest mistake is thinking that the customer is stupid, the customer is smarter than you and sees all the flaws

I went to eat the mixed fried food with a group of friends, fantastic... You really satisfy your hunger with a truly excellent quality of food and then she, the chef is extraordinary. At a certain point she came out of the kitchen and went from table to table to have a chat... A wonderful experience, to be repeated...

Ottimo per una pausa pranzo senza spendere troppo. Non è previsto menù alla carta pertanto bisogna prendere tutto. In realtà il prezzo del "tutto" è poco più di quanto costerebbe un primo quindi va bene comunque. Cibo buono e servizio efficiente. Forse un po' troppo frenetico.

Ci siamo fermati a pranzo, di ritorno dalla Liguria. È proprio come mangiare a casa, i tagliolini al ragù eccezionali, il servizio è straordinario, le ragazze Ti fanno accomodare immediatamente e vieni servito praticamente da subito. Non era la prima volta che mi fermavo e sicuramente neanche l'ultima. I prezzi? Ridicoli....... Davvero Complimenti a Tutti.

leri a cena sono andato a mangiare con mia moglie e mio figlio in questa trattoria trovata su tripadvisor. GRANDISSIMA SODDISFAZIONE E PIACEVOLISSIMA SCOPERTA. La consiglio a chiunque si trovi da queste parti e/o che voglia mangiare un'ottima cucina piemontese, in una cornice di gentilezza e cordialità notevole, grazie a Gabriele ed a tutti i ragazzi/e che ci lavorano. Porzioni abbondanti, di notevole qualità ad un prezzo veramente competitivo e contenuto grazie ad un menù fisso di 30 euro tutto compreso. Complimenti ancora ed alla prossima. Biagio da Asti
