Review of restaurant. Best dining experience in Corvara/Colfosco. Tagliata Di Manzo a favourite. Wonderful service, high standard of cuisine for reasonable price. Faultless. We come here at least twice every year’s ski holiday

Hotel in Ottima Posizione. Il rapporto Qualità prezzo non lo trovo adeguatissimo. Camere OK. Ho trovato il servizio ristorante (colazione e Cena) solo sufficiente, poco attento al cliente. Anche la zona Spa è in grado di accogliere troppo poche persone.

Posto che unisce un'atmosfera accogliente ed informale ad una grande accuratezza nelle preparazioni culinarie. È chiaro che gli ingredienti sono freschi e di ottima qualità. La carne alla griglia è la loro specialità, ma sono molto buone anche le pietanze tipiche ladine, cucinate con maestria e tocchi personali. Il servizio è rapido, preciso, cortese e ottimamente coordinato dal giovane gestore. Bella carta dei vini, ma è apprezzabile anche il Lagrein della casa. Lasciatevi dello spazio per i dolci, perché sono buonissimi!!

Congratulations! Steaks and lamb were a dream! Everything perfect! First : the quality of the material and the cooking skills. Second: the service. Great, friendly, attentive and never invasive. Third: fire, fire and again fire! The way you cook great cuts properly. Very well done and Corvara really needed such a restaurant: simple, tasty, traditional and warm! Ad majora!

Tek kelimeyle harika! Yaptigimiz upuzun, soguk ve yagmurlu gecen trekking’ten sonra sicak bir mekan bulmak harika! Garsonlar gercekten profesyonel. Yemekler muhtesem! Ben lokal mantarli Polenta aldim! Tavsiye ederim. Saraplarini ise tarif etmem imkansiz… sorhos olmamak elde degil!

12/02/2024: Couldn’t choose better. Beautiful place, convenient location with own skibus close to slopes, great choice for breakfast, afternoon snacks, and even own wellness corner (only limit is they close it at 7pm). We have already booked our stay for 24/25 ski season :)
21/01/2024: Cozy older hotel that has been renovated without losing its charm. Good connection to the bus, very friendly team and great breakfast.
