Us 4 tourists stumbled across this non descript place and we had a great time. They didn't speak English, we didn't speak Italian. Great wine and good laughs all around even though none of us could communicate!

A beautiful little quiet place, right near Piazza Maggiore. Originally we just wanted to have a coffee - which spontaneously turned into two mortadella rolls, wine and various homemade delicacies from the region (family business). We were also able to try cheese and pickled eggplant for free. We liked it a lot. THANKS!

Ottimo esempio di cucina emiliana tradizionale. Tortellini in brodo strepitosi: piccolissimi e compatti. Personale cortese. Un po' troppo elevati i prezzi, per quanto la qualità non sia assolutamente in discussione.

Una serata piacevolissima. Un locale alla vecchia maniera con una accoglienza gentile, tavoli distanziati, servizio rapido e attento. I piatti che abbiamo scelto erano tutti ottimi: come antipasto le crescentine, così come le tagliatelle e i tortellini in brodo. Da raccomandare anche le zucchine ripiene e il piatto vegetariano. Concludiamo con la tipica zuppa inglese e un buon gelato con le amarene. La cucina tipica che sa di cura e dedizione. Bravi!

Great little neighborhood place. We stopped in for a glass of wine and very happy we did. Owner was very nice and shared some fantastic olives from his region in Puglia

Wonderful spot for coffee and a pastry, owner makes a great cappucino and was very friendly and helpful, would definitely recommend this spot, he endured my hapless efforts at speaking Italian!

23/05/2024: What do you expect from a Trattoria in Bologna? Exactly This. the place is typical, you can breathe typicality in the walls, let alone in the menu...... The jewel in the crown is the rigorously homemade pasta for the second courses, I hope to be able to return to talk about it, because after a BIS of first courses (tagliatelle and cream tortellini) I concluded as dessert with a plate of tortellini in broth. the thick and slightly al dente pasta is absolutely not a flaw for those who know the cuisine, perhaps you may like it more or less but there is certainly no question that with that ragù and that broth, the pasta was prepared in the right way. Tried it for an occasion at the theater, a pleasant surprise.
18/05/2024: Wonderful first courses. Rustic atmosphere, typical of a trattoria. For me a certainty
