The place was short of Bolognese signature dish (Lasagne verde) the day we came. Left us thinking since we arrived shortly after opening. A group of Americans reserved a table by phone and had was sent away after their arrival. The pasta we had was unfortunately pretty unspectacular to our taste buds. The place is randomly stuffed with books and art. It's like having lunch in an antique shop.

A thousand thanks! Food was excellent and service also 🤌🏼 Tortellini in broth, sliced ​​beef and chocolate mascarpone ❤️ Owner Emanuele and other staff were very nice and I felt welcomed 😊 I will come back later!

This restaurant is a MUST in Bologna! Worth traveling to Bologna just for this restaurant!! The food is incredible, the service is very welcoming, even for foreigners with little Italian and the atmosphere is homely. I will visit again many times and would highly recommend you visit. Emmanuel (owner) came to all the tables and took our orders. He sat down with me and asked where I was from and shared stories. Inside the restaurant is also beautiful with many paintings and interesting items. Don’t leave Bologna until you’ve been here!!

Il locale si trova in zona centrale ma un po' al di fuori del caos pertanto siamo riusciti a mangiare in tranquillità pur stando all'aperto sotto i portici. Offre una cucina emiliana leggermente modernizzata e molto buona. Da provare la faraona e i ravioli di zucca. Le porzioni sono un pochino scarse e i prezzi medio / alti. Il servizio è veloce e gradevole .

Non riesco a comprendere precedenti recensioni negative. Locale molto bello e caratteristico,appena seduti ci è stato offerto calice di vino e piccolo antipasto. Abbiamo ordinato per primo un piatto di tortellini in brodo e un piatto di tagliatelle al ragù, veramente tutto ottimo e con porzioni più che abbondanti. Per secondo uno squisito e delicato brasato di manzo da dividere in due,ma ogni piatto da solo valeva una intera porzione. Personale gentilissimo. Più che ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Da consigliare assolutamente

06/04/2024: Us 4 tourists stumbled across this non descript place and we had a great time. They didn't speak English, we didn't speak Italian. Great wine and good laughs all around even though none of us could communicate!

23/05/2024: What do you expect from a Trattoria in Bologna? Exactly This. the place is typical, you can breathe typicality in the walls, let alone in the menu...... The jewel in the crown is the rigorously homemade pasta for the second courses, I hope to be able to return to talk about it, because after a BIS of first courses (tagliatelle and cream tortellini) I concluded as dessert with a plate of tortellini in broth. the thick and slightly al dente pasta is absolutely not a flaw for those who know the cuisine, perhaps you may like it more or less but there is certainly no question that with that ragù and that broth, the pasta was prepared in the right way. Tried it for an occasion at the theater, a pleasant surprise.
18/05/2024: Wonderful first courses. Rustic atmosphere, typical of a trattoria. For me a certainty
