I was traveling with a group and discovered the Tower Imbiss during a stopover. The landlord was friendly and nice and gave us two plates of cheese cubes to try. The wheat beer was extremely delicious and well chilled. There is a star deduction for the paid toilet.

A small snack bar in a very nice area. We had Käsekrainer with rolls. 🤤 It was very tasty, we would love to come back again! The parking lot at the snack bar was very full and there was a charge. But if you drive 150m further there is a parking lot where you can stand for 2 hours with a parking disc. 5 minute walk to the snack bar and the beautiful lake.

It's just a small snack, you shouldn't expect too much! The drinks are reasonably priced, but we didn't try the food. Unfortunately, larger queues form in the summer because there are no other options for dining in the area other than a café opposite the parking lot and there isn't really any space.

Sehr leckeres Essen. Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Toller Blick auf den See. Selten so leckere Pommes gegessen. Einfach alles Top.

Sporthutte

08/12/2023: I was staying near the Sporthutte and decided to wander down based on the reviews. I was a little surprised when I arrived for dinner and there was a queue to get in and and as the restaurant was on the edge of town I thought that it wouldn't be busy at all. The food was great as well as the atmosphere and I ended up eating there the three nights I stayed in town.
29/09/2023: This is an excellent place to have lunch, breaking up your hike. The service, struedel, bier and soup all hit the spot, and the view was incredible. Don’t miss this opportunity!

La Marmotta

03/01/2024: Ci siamo fermati al rifugio per una pausa pranzo dallo sci e siamo rimasti davvero soddisfatti! Abbiamo preso le “pennette alla marmotta” e come rapporto qualità/prezzo direi che ci siamo. Porzione abbondante e molto gustosa. Inoltre il rifugio è situato ai pendii dell’altopiano del Prongià da cui si gode di un ottimo panorama sulle Dolomiti. Consigliato! 👍
