04/05/2024: I give three stars because the place keeps the memory of when I, like other reviewers, ate the best brioche of my life a few years ago... otherwise the stars would be two: unfortunately at 10.30 in the morning I found some rubbery brioche and a little ' raw, which had nothing to do with what I knew about this pastry shop... whether they are the bad ones left to customers last or whether they are so delicate that they get ruined within a few hours of coming out of the oven, I don't know. I can say that the memory of the best brioche I had ever tasted is so vivid that I still recommend giving the place a chance, perhaps first thing in the morning, hoping to be luckier than I was this time.
