A hotel with all the amenities you'll never leave. The service and facilities are fantastic. Very convenient if you want to visit Taormina or hike Mount Etna. I recommend it especially for the summer months.

We stayed at Talè and were captivated: a breathtaking panoramic location, overlooking both Mount Etna and the sea, surrounded by greenery among olive and citrus trees. The suites are spacious, tastefully furnished, and equipped with every comfort. The restaurant: carefully prepared dishes, local ingredients, and refined yet authentic cuisine. The varied and high-quality breakfast is also excellent. The panoramic pool and well-kept garden make the experience even more relaxing. The staff is attentive, friendly, and always available, ready to satisfy every request with a smile. Special praise goes to the attention to detail and the intimate, private atmosphere. Highly recommended, we will definitely be back.

We stayed in apartment number 10 in the Talé Resort annex and were immediately impressed. The apartment, built of lava stone, is spacious, clean, and stylishly furnished. It offers plenty of privacy and has everything you need for self-catering. The pool is a definite plus: peacefully situated with stunning views of the valley and Mount Etna. The poolside bar is also a welcome bonus. The restaurant was a highlight for us: both the location and the quality of the food are top-notch. The tagliata, octopus, fresh fish, arancini, and cannoli were all delicious. Unfortunately, we were only able to enjoy it three times, as the restaurant was closed the other days for various reasons (few reservations, a private party, technical problems in the kitchen). This was somewhat disappointing, considering the quality of the food. The staff deserves a special mention: everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful.

Nestled between the sea and the mountains, surrounded by lush greenery, you'll find this peaceful oasis where you can spend hours in total relaxation. The environment is very clean and well-organized, with all the amenities, from parking to after-sun care in the changing rooms. The icing on the cake is the attentive and friendly staff, from the bar to the reception, and the wonderful and highly professional manager, Francesco Priolo.

Talè's welcoming, family atmosphere combined with its unique location makes a stay at this establishment unforgettable. The professionalism and helpfulness of manager Francesco, the delicious dishes prepared by chef Salvatore, always ready to fulfill any special request, and the impeccable service of restaurant coordinator Carmelo and his staff further enriched our journey of discovery of Sicily. A special thanks to Franco, a man with a big heart.

Young couple here from UK/France! We stayed here for 4 nights and overall had such a lovely experience! If you’re looking for a classic Sicilian hotel with ‘White Lotus’ vibes but at an affordable price, this is your place!! The location is perfect but I’d 100% recommend having a car. It’s a very quiet area with I think only around 10 rooms, so definitely better for couples/quiet groups. Our overall highlight of this hotel was how accommodating and friendly the staff were. They were so kind and always at our disposal and making sure we were always happy. The hotel itself was so beautiful and aesthetically pleasing. I would say maybe the rooms (at least for ours) could have been a little more modern to match the rest or the hotel vibe, but it was still great and suitable for us. If i’m being super picky, I would have loved a full length mirror and maybe some better lighting as the room got quiet dark during the day due to the hidden location. Also note that if you stay in one of the separate apartment rooms with the garden view, consider having an SUV car as the road is very steep to get to the room - also these specific rooms are definitely not disability accessible. We had breakfast everyday and dinner on one of the nights. The breakfast was great but there definitely could have had a little more variety; but lots of fruit options and traditional Italian bits, I understand it’s a small hotel so they had what was suitable for the size! The dinner was good too, food was tasty but it was the view/ambiance that made it worth going. The swimming pool was 10/10, so so perfect and always really quiet! The views for this hotel are just incredible and definitely make the experience so much more special. The location is also really great too, as it’s not too far from Catania, and it has lots of popular areas such as Mt. Etna, Naxos and Taormina on it’s doorstep. Overall, we would absolutely recommend this hotel to our friends/anyone visiting Sicily!

From the first moment we set foot in the structure it was a continuous emotion both for its terrace overlooking the countryside and the sea but also for the interior furnishings of true taste. It has a beautiful swimming pool with sun loungers and umbrellas and a bar. In the evening we stayed twice for dinner at the restaurant where you eat very well. The location is perfect for visiting nearby cities such as Taormina or Acireale. Our room was on the terrace overlooking the sea.. wonderful. You enter and the ceiling is very high with this bed towards the wall and two lamps that come down from the ceiling. Very minimal but effective because the furniture is of excellent quality. Breakfast with a buffet full of sweet and savory. All the staff proved to be kind and helpful. Compliments to the staff who maintain such a high level of service every day.

We had a wonderful 8-day holiday at Tale Resort. The people are super friendly and everything is well organised. The rooms look neat, are cleaned every day and have good air conditioning. The location was also very pleasant for us, after visiting busy cities, beaches and activities it is nice to drive back to a quiet accommodation to relax in the pool. We can definitely recommend Tale Resort if you want to stay for a while on the east coast of Sicily.
