Beautiful, idyllically situated hotel

My stay here was absolutely wonderful! The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, with stunning views all around. At night, we were even lucky enough to see lava flowing down Mount Etna – an unforgettable experience. The staff were exceptional, very professional and always ready to help. The food was delicious, and I highly recommend trying the 7-course menu, which was a real highlight. I can wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone, and I would definitely love to come back myself to recharge and escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. I also completely fell in love with the hotel’s little furry friends, who made my stay even more enjoyable – such a delight to be around animals and feel their warm presence.

The perfect place to take good care of yourself. We had a wonderful stay at Rocca dei Saraceni. Everything is designed with great taste and efficiency. All details are taken care of for a truly relaxing experience. The dinner at Radica restaurant was just unforgettable. We took the Simbiosi 7 course menu and truly enjoyed every single course, like you would expect only in a top restaurant. It is a must do. Congrats to the chef Fabrizio and the excellent service delivered by Tania and Jamilah who guided us through this amazing territory tasting journey.

It was, in a word, fantastic! What a wonderful stay in a very peaceful setting! You're truly pampered here. Professional, customer-focused, and very friendly! With children, it's a bit too serene. But we can truly look back on a wonderful experience. The double bungalows are especially exquisite, with a small pool in the garden and a magnificent view of Etna! We had delicious meals in the restaurant two evenings. The breakfast was also incredibly extensive! Everything is fresh and sourced as much as possible from the farm itself.

What an absolutely dreamy place! This hotel was superb in every possible way. The pool was stunning and such a peaceful spot to relax. We loved that we could rent bikes for free — it was the perfect way to explore the beautiful surroundings. The rooms were spacious, tastefully decorated, and very comfortable. Breakfast each morning was a real treat — fresh, varied, and honestly more than we could have hoped for. If you’re staying here, definitely try to join the pizza night! It was such a cozy, fun evening with delicious food. The tiramisu was one of the best I’ve ever had (and that’s a lot). A big thank you to the lovely receptionist — she was so welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Her great service really made a difference. We had an unforgettable time and would come back in a heartbeat!

A beautiful, somewhat secluded hotel, ideal for relaxing, with a wonderful view of Mount Etna. We spent one night here. The complex is very well maintained. A little tip: be careful, Google Maps will take you past it, and the entrance is behind a gate, so keep your eyes peeled. We also had dinner there and enjoyed the wonderful menu. It was a little on the expensive side, but worth every euro. This opportunity should not be missed; it was a true explosion of flavors. The breakfast buffet and the dishes on offer were also of high and very good quality. The service was very attentive and friendly. We would choose it again in a heartbeat.

Abbiamo cenato due sere di seguito, una sera alla carta e una sera scegliendo il menù degustazione. Atmosfera elegante, servizio attento e veloce e Tania, in particolare, dolcissima e attenta con i nostri due bambini. I piatti sono dei veri capolavori, per la vista e per il palato. Vale veramente la pena provare l’esperienza e poi il contesto è talmente bello con una vista speciale sull’Etna. Abbiamo molto gradito anche i vini consigliati.

Siamo tornati al ristorante di Rocca dei Saraceni dopo averlo scoperto per caso due anni fa, e l’esperienza si è confermata – se possibile – ancora più straordinaria. Abbiamo scelto il menù degustazione, che si è rivelato un autentico viaggio sensoriale. Lo chef, giovane ma estremamente talentuoso, riesce ad accompagnare attraverso un percorso di sapori sorprendente e armonico, in cui la qualità della materia prima e la cura nella sua lavorazione sono percepibili in ogni piatto. Un plauso speciale va a Tania, che in sala esprime con eleganza e competenza l’essenza della cucina proposta. Le sue spiegazioni puntuali e appassionate trasmettono con efficacia la visione dello chef, e i suoi consigli sui vini si sono rivelati all’altezza, capaci di esaltare al meglio ogni portata. Un’esperienza che ci ha arricchiti e migliorato la giornata. Complimenti sinceri a tutto lo staff: professionalità, passione e qualità ai massimi livelli. Niente da invidiare ad un ristorante stellato.
