The pizzas are huge. One pizza for two people will leave both people full. Don't make my mistake. The food is tasty and service good. Very affordable place.

Excellent pizza and large size. Digestible dough and I recommend going a little early and taking a tour of the town. It's really worth it, especially at sunset, with the sea in the background and with a bit of luck you can see the islands all the way to the Corsican coast.

I recommend everyone who is in the Castagneto Carducci area to try the pizza at "Il Cappellaccio". Even the biggest "eaters" will have a hard time finishing it. The pizzas are well cooked and well seasoned.

Location caratteristica e rustica, personale cortese. Ottimi i pici cacio e pepe, a mio avviso le pizze over size sono esageratamente grandi e spesso e volentieri non si riescono a finire con spreco di cibo. Sarebbe sufficiente ridurre di 2 cm il diametro delle pizze pur mantenendo lo special della "pizza grande". Nulla da dire sulla qualità dell' impasto e degli ingredienti.

04/10/2023: Had dinner twice in four days of vacation. Well-kept place with a beautiful view of the sea. Truly excellent fish dishes, it is difficult to find such care and a combination of flavors in tourist places. Very kind and professional owners. We will definitely recommend it and will return next time in Elba.

14/12/2023: Being a club it is not accessible to everyone. It is a beautiful location with internal rooms and a sort of veranda overlooking a well-kept garden. Military environment therefore essential, elegant and clean. The food is good. Depending on how much you spend, the number of courses and the menu vary, which is always well done.
02/11/2023: Buona accoglienza, cibo curato nella presentazione,dei due primi uno poteva essere non con sugo rosso, ottimo il secondo di pesce.
