The food was very tasty. The hosts are very friendly and accommodating :) You sometimes wait a little but the food and the friendly staff are outstanding! Definitely worth it!

Historic place in the center of Alba since 1972. I've known it since I was a kid and you always find that family atmosphere with traditional and genuine dishes. Top pizza and the owners always very kind. Definitely recommended!!!

Tonight, after many years (don't ask me "why?"... there's no sensible answer) I returned to eat at Chincillà! I found an excellent welcome, availability, kindness, friendliness, an excellent pizza and an excellent tiramisu! I'll be back. I definitely won't let all the time pass since the last time!!! Thank you!

Place run by three elderly people, dated and messy, long and inattentive service but the pizza, tartare and tagliolini with mushrooms are good. Nice owners.

Ein TOLLES Restaurant mit richtig italienischem Flair. SUPER!!!! Der Chef, die Chefin und das Personal sind sehr lieblich. Zuvorkommend und beste Gastgeber.

Small family restaurant with open kitchen and 20-ish seatings. Their pasta was exquisite. They also have a, for the size of the restaurant, a very good wine list.

Lovely authentic restaurant in the heart of Alba. Wunderful, generous food, great wine, lovely staff. The tiramisu is fantastic.

Just the ticket. Great wood fired pizzas. Unpretentious good choice on menu. Prepared by charming elderly couple. Restaurant is great with wood panelling and white tablecloths. Lovely relaxed night.

I honestly cannot understand why this isn’t the best rated pizza in Alba. My husband and I dream of the ‘Pizza Cincilla’ all year until we can make it back here. Incredible. And the wine is sensational. A must stop

14/08/2023: Oltre ad aver cenato molto bene seppur semplice cucina curata e varia, vorrei fare i complimenti alla signorina che ci ha serviti. È stata molto professionale difronte alla mia richiesta per un’intolleranza, anche se menù fisso si è subito attivata per alternative. L’ho trovata molto attenta e preparata e non avevo avvisato quando ho prenotato! Complimenti
12/08/2023: Abbiamo patito un po’ il caldo sotto una tenda di plastica, soffocante, e le mosche che non ci hanno dato tregua, il dehor ha bisogno di un nuovo look, più accogliente e soprattutto più funzionale, per tutto il resto, confermo quanto scritto nelle altre recensioni
