Excellent restaurant. Service and dishes absolutely of a high standard. Compliments! The dishes with local products are definitely recommended, such as the risotto with radicchio and Parma ham with parmesan cream and the cappelletti with capon broth.

The restaurant is located in the center of Parma, and we had a pleasant gastronomic experience there. We opted for a mixed appetizer of cured meats and fried pie with parmigiano reggiano tasting. Followed by some radicchio risotto with currant gel, some by an encore of tortelli. The undersigned anolini in capon broth. The dishes were made to perfection, by expert hands and well presented. The cured meats and parmesan were tasty and of excellent quality. The cellar is really well designed and equipped. The desserts for those who wanted to take advantage were up to the task. Attentive service, fast but not at all invasive. I recommend a visit to this place to all foodies.

What a pleasant discovery in the heart of historic center of Parma!
The menu offers wide-variety of local cuisine, but we went for fish and seafood choices, which is their speciality. Everything we tried was delicious and extremely fresh, with beautifull well-thought presentation as well!
The service was impeccable from start to finish, courteous and polite staff. Ambience and attention to details is worth praising as well. Will definetely be coming back to taste the rest of the menu!

I was there on a Saturday evening, the food was of excellent quality, but I found the service poor in my opinion due to the waiting times being too long between starter and main course, more than an hour; too close between the tables to be an elegant restaurant; too much confusion causes noisy tables almost like those of a pizzeria.

Best food in Parma. Parma has lots of good food but a lot of menus are very samey. For €5 or €6 extra per course this restaurant is serious value. 8 people from grandparents to teenagers all enjoyed every morsel. Treat yourself.

Fortemente consigliato dai parmigiani e dai parmensi,
la cucina è ricercata, il menu cambia in base alla stagione (raro per i ristoranti nella zona)
il personale è cordiale,
l'ambiente è intimo e raccolto, consiglio di prenotare.
ho mangiato un'inalata di carciofi e crostacei eccellente
peccato per il bagno, andrebbe riassettato durante la giornata(in ogni caso anche colpa della clientela)

Ristorante nel centro storico ed in zona pedonale ma in ogni caso facilmente raggiungibile. Ambiente ben curato anche se i tavoli erano troppo ravvicinati. Ho optato per dei piatti della tradizione sicuramente molto buono il risotto al radicchio rosso esaltato dalla crema al parmigiano che evitava una eccessiva invadenza del gel di ribes buona la punta di vitello ripiena. carta dei vini vasta e ben strutturata anche con prodotti locali. Tornerò per provare i piatti a base pesce
