We stayed here as a couple and as hotel guests (10% discount for this reason). The place is very nice and quiet and the staff are very kind. I had a divinely cooked slice of beef (accompanied by Chianti it's a perfect combo) with a side dish of truly fantastic spring onions. My fiancé soon has a lamb cutlet which unfortunately was overcooked and seasoned with too much salt, if there had been more attention it certainly would have been a great dish. We will return but we will also ask you to be careful with the salt :D

Siamo stati qui come coppia e come clienti dell’albergo (sconto del 10% per questo motivo). Il localino è molto carino e tranquillo e il personale gentilissimo. Io ho preso una tagliata di manzo cotta divinamente (accompagnata al Chianti è una perfetta combo) con un contorno di cipolline veramente fantastiche. Il mio fidanzato ha presto una cotoletta di agnello che purtroppo è stata cotta troppo e condita con troppo sale, se ci fosse stata più attenzione sicuramente sarebbe stato un ottimo piatto. Ci torneremo ma anche chiederemo di fare attenzione al sale :D

04/01/2024: Reserving a table at this restaurant on New Year’s Day was made super easy by TA’s The Fork app, and we were seated comfortably upon arrival by the friendly staff. The main dining purpose of our visit here was to sample the Bistecca Fiorentina, and boy, was it good. Mixed salads, a primo piatto of pappardelle were also good, and sides of roast potato and particularly the white beans were excellent. Likewise, to finish, affogato and beautifully-balanced grappa concluded our meal perfectly. I can thank a travel guide, very experienced with showing large tourist groups through Florence, for this recommendation - it was a delightful meal.

02/04/2024: Absolutely recommended!! Nice and friendly staff!!
15/03/2024: We just had spritz’s and one tapa. Spritz’s were lovely but maybe a bit small, which would explain why they are slightly cheaper than other places. The girls working there were super nice and helped us with some questions we had about Florence. The cod tapa we tried was also really nice.
