An excellent choice for students looking to attend a hotel management school. The school's cafeteria and restaurant are worth a visit, but only open at lunchtime with an à la carte menu, which I think is reasonably priced.

The brioches are excellent, with a fragrant sourdough starter and a must-try filling, from pistachio and chocolate creams to almond and walnut ones. The atmosphere is intimate, with perfectly spaced spaces, neither too large nor too narrow, and the staff is friendly.
