All very genuine and well presented

Cozy place to enjoy excellent Piedmontese delicacies; family run, genuineness of the raw materials, freshness of the ingredients and notable culinary skills are the characteristics of the place. Helpful and trained staff and good value for money. We were offered a welcome entrée, which consisted of a slice of herb omelette, very good, with a balsamic vinegar glaze on the side. At the end of the meal, the coffees were served to us with 6 meringues offered and then, when it was time to pay, they very kindly offered us the 2 coffees too. Of the meal, in particular, I was very impressed by the appetizers, particular in their combinations and very careful in the plating, as well as obviously being very good. Exceptional tiramisu, one of the best I've ever eaten!

Un accogliente ristorante di paese! Inizialmente mi aspettavo di entrare in una trattoria rustica, in realtà si respira un'aria di rinnovo.. locale curato, luminoso con dettagli in legno che riporta un po' al senso della montagna. Il servizio informale e gentile..in linea con lo stile del ristorante. Per quanto riguarda la cucina, i piatti che propongono sono prettamente della tradizione piemontese con qualche accortezza in più nella presentazione. Io ho preso il capunet con bagna cauda molto buono e a seguire gli agnolotti al sugo d'arrosto. Quest'ultimi buoni ma mi aspettavo una spinta in più a livello di sapore. Il tortino al cuore di cioccolato con gelato alla crema, buonissimo!! Rapporto qualità prezzo buono (35€ a testa con 2 piatti+dolce+caffè e 1 bottiglia di vino in 4) Nel complesso ottima esperienza!

Delicious trattoria in this hamlet of Paesana. Original dishes, carefully presented and excellent on the palate. 100% local ingredients. A special mention for the venison carpaccio and the gorgonzola and radicchio gnocchi.
