Everything really delicious!
Wide choice of sandwiches with different cold cuts and mixes of cheeses and sauces.
They also have sweet options.
The staff is friendly and helpful.
I would say the price is right, also considering the quantity. I would absolutely stay here again!

Today we had lunch in this very nice place. Right from the start, despite the turnout, we were welcomed with kindness and promptness by the staff. We took some aubergine meatballs which they served us with a delicious pepper sauce. Then they brought us the focaccias and they were nothing short of superlative, crunchy and filled with the highest quality products. Excellent quality/price ratio! In short, if you are in Spoleto, highly recommended!!!!

Excellent focaccia with excellent ingredients.
Ciauscolo and pecorino very good. But the others are also excellent. I recommend going there early because it doesn't have many tables. Ideal for a quick lunch break when visiting Spoleto

Small place, easy to reach. Excellent quality cured meats, ditto the focaccias. The rather rude staff significantly lowers the rating.

Nice place with a small decor, very good focaccias but unfortunately the wait was very long, perhaps a little more organization wouldn't hurt, it's true that there were a few people but it doesn't justify waiting an hour and a half for two focaccias.....the owner's apologies at the time of the bill are much appreciated.....I hope it was just a slightly problematic day, however I recommend their focaccias

Piccolo locale su Corso Mazzini, gestito da ragazzi gentilissimi ed amanti di buona musica. All'interno sono presenti una decina di piccoli tavoli. Da quanto ho capito, nei mesi estivi è possibile mangiare anche all'esterno.
La focaccia è leggera e gustosa, ottimamente farcita, seppur piccola rispetto ad altri locali simili in cui mi sono imbattuto in giro per l'Italia.
Ho apprezzato particolarmente la focaccia con ciauscolo e pecorino.
Buona la scelta di birre.
Prezzi nella media.

Abbinamenti, qualità dei prodotti,servizio e cordialità.... abbiamo trovato tutto ottimo e consigliamo vivamente di sperimentare questo piccolo concentrato di sapori antichi. Per un pranzo domenicale veloce abbiamo scelto questo locale per le buone e numerose recensioni trovate e non possiamo che condividere a pieni voti quanto già recensito da altri viaggiatori.
