The "open" laboratory of delicacies available to refined palates makes this exercise a true masterpiece. I was impressed by the countless variety of chocolates. Good, good, good. I took advantage of this to make very sweet boxes to give to people I care about. In summer the ice creams are creamy and tasty. My favorite is the chocolate mousse.

Abbiamo assaggiato la loro cioccolata ed è una cioccolata superlativa, con un sapore di altri tempi. Anche la sacher torte è davvero eccellente. Complimenti

We stayed when the property opened for the 2024 season From the first moment I had Francesca on the phone, her availability and kindness were immediately felt, when we arrived at the facility we were welcomed very well We had dinner and the dinner was very good and the breakfast was really plentiful The structure is wonderful, with attention to every detail The staff from the Reception to the Restaurant are uniquely kind and helpful... it's so rare nowadays I have visited many hotels in Umbria, but Relais Canalicchio remains in your heart. We left with sadness but we will return soon, it will now be our fixed stop to visit this magnificent region ☺️
