È proprio vero, come dice più di qualcuno, che è davvero difficile mangiare male a Parma e dintorni. PONTERECCHIO PROSCIUTTERIA è stata davvero una bella scoperta. Antipasto di salumi di eccellenza, cappelletti in brodo e tagliata di manzo davvero buona. Menù abbastanza ampio, offre anche pizze (che mi dicono essere molto buone e gustose). Consigliatissimo.

Consigliati da un benzinaio nelle vicinanze, abbiamo accettato di buon grado il suggerimento. Il locale di presenta molto bene, accogliente, informale, rustico e molto ben arredato. Ci hanno accolto con cordialità e, nonostante non avessimo prenotato, ci hanno trovato un tavolo cambiandolo poi con uno più spazioso. Personale molto efficiente, sempre con il sorriso e con una parola simpatica per accertarsi del nostro gradimento circa il pasto. Salumi misti, formaggi e torta fritta veramente graditi....infatti i piatti sono tornati in cucina puliti! Come ultima nota vorrei fare i complimenti per la scelta dei vini ma soprattutto dei distillati. Chiudo con il conto assolutamente adeguato e, se ricapitassi in quelle zone, ci tornerei assolutamente.
