Pizzeria Gatto Bianco In Mantova

14/03/2024: For a quick business lunch we found this pizza restaurant on the outskirts of Mantua. Very large room but a bit cold environment. At midday they offered us a fixed menu for 15 euros with a choice of 3 first courses and 3 second courses with water and coffee. I opted for seafood pasta and cuttlefish with peas. All good for the price.

11/02/2024: The first impression isn't that great, it gives the impression of entering a warehouse set up as a restaurant, the waiting times to eat are very long, the courtesy and friendliness of the owner is perplexing, it doesn't seem logical to me to recommend it to diners to order the same dishes so as not to clog up the kitchen, or it was necessary to say on the phone which dishes to order so that they were pre-prepared beforehand, in the context the food is well prepared and reasonably good, in my opinion the cheese on the risotto should not be put leaving the customer's choice, normal price,
